New in Kientzheim (kaysersberg vineyard) the lodging of Histoires accomodates you in his lodging "the wine".
Completely renovated in a typical house of Alsace, it is on the 1st floor.
The cottage is composed of:
- an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, toaster...)
- a living room open to the kitchen with flat screen TV and wifi.
- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200)
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
2 places are common and accessible to the 3 cottages of the lodging of the Histories:

Nouvel an alsacien

Le gîte de Camille fait partie d'un ensemble d'autres locations aménagées dans une bâtisse alsacienne pittoresque à l'entrée d'un joli village fortifié. La procédure d'arrivée est classique mais efficace (boîte à code). Bien situé malgré la route départementale face aux fenêtres de la pièce principale (l'isolation sonore est excellente), le gîte est très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. On apprécie la petite touche d'attention avec un cadeau de bienvenue. Les lieux sont globalement propres malgré quelques endroits oubliés (toiles d'araignée entre les poutres, dessous des toilettes et moisissures dans les joints de la salle de douche). Camille a su être réactive à nos messages et a pris les mesures nécessaires pour notre confort. La salle commune est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La buanderie est un vrai plus. Seul réel regret : la literie. Le lit de la chambre double a fait son temps : matelas creusé aux deux emplacements et sommier qui grince au moindre mouvement d'un côté du lit. Si l'hôte règle ce souci, ce gîte est à recommander à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement cocooning à proximité de sites d'intérêt.

Pose de volets isolants et revoir niveau bac a douche (inonde le sol de la sdd), preciser escalier acces a l'appart. marches hautes, bruit route allant a Kaysersberg peut etre dérangeant fenetres ouvertes cause chaleur. Appartement tres propre, fonctionnel dans un lieu chargé d histoire. Amabilité et professionnalisme de la proprietaire. Vignerons alentours, restaurants dans le village. Eine tolles Objekt

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr gemütlich und hat all unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Dazu kommt die phantastische Lage und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können das Objekt unbedingt weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Ruhiger Urlaub in großartigem Weingebiet

Kientzheim ist ein ruhiger Ort zum Wohnen, dabei sehr nah zu sehenswerten Weindörfern, schönen Wandermöglichkeiten in den Vogesen und zur Stadt Colmar. Wir hatten hier einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, sogar mit einem Billard-Tisch im Gemeinschaftsraum. Besonders hübsch ist es, in der Stadtmauer zu wohnen mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, groß, gut eingerichtet und in schönem Ambiente.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem kleinen Pferdefuss

Tolle Lage, liebevoll renoviertes Anwesen mit sehr sauberen Zimmern sowie einem schönen Bad. Problematisch war die Wärme, die sich bei sommerlicher Sonne in der Wohnung festsetzt. Desweiteren könnten die Stühl um den mit recht eckigen Kanten versehenen Esstisch bequemer sein. Aber das ist zugegebenermaßen Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau!

The property was nice as was the host However, our room was above a games room and directly below an apartment which can accommodate 8 persons Unfortunately when we stayed the large group were noisy both above and below us. We would suggest the games room is made out of bounds after 10 pm

Hervorragend zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Elsass gelegene Wohnung. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit dem wunderbaren Charme eines alten Fachwerkhauses und dennoch topmodern ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig nach hinten raus. Der sehr große Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch ist warm, gemütlich und ein echtes Highlight, wir sind abends nach dem Heimkommen gerne dort hin und haben den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Feriendomizil am Rande von Colmar

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist auch üppig. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt für Ausflüge jeder Art (Fahrrad, Wandern, Colmar...). Zudem gibt es im Haus einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem z.B. Billard gespielt werden kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kommuniziert schnell. Wir haben uns (4-köpfige Familie) sehr wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön & Viele Grüße

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Fanden alles vor, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt, gemeinsames Frühstücken/Kochen braucht. Die Wohnung hat schön eingerichtete, ruhige Schlafzimmer, moderne Bäder, im Haus gibt es außerdem einen wunderbaren Aufenthaltsraum, in dem z.B. Billard gespielt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und auch schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
