This is a second-floor unit right in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, that has modern amenities including two large screen TVs and high-speed wireless internet.

Location, Location, Location: A great location and ideal for an active couple coming to explore Sandpoint for any of the four seasons. The unit is walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, bars and the Third Street pier; 7.5 miles from Schweitzer Mountain Resort and 9 miles to the Idaho Club Golf Course.

PERFECT SPOT TO ENJOY ALL THE BEST SANDPOINT HAS TO OFFER IN THE WINTER.

Ideal for couples coming to enjoy Schweitzer Mountain. Enjoy the best of both worlds as the unit is a short drive to Schweitzer and three blocks away from downtown Sandpoint. While things shut down at the Schweitzer Village at sundown, you can enjoy all the downtown shops, restaurants and bars (and, of course, the Panida Theater) late into the evening. Also, there are far more restaurants and pubs downtown to choose from than the limited options at Schweitzer Village. SPOT bus picks up and drops off a block from the unit if you don't want to drive to Schweitzer ski resort, or you can go the Red Barn and pick up the shuttle from there.

A very nice cozy feel with central heating and air conditioning. The bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress, the living room has a queen sofa bed for children. Includes a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. We have a keyless August smart lock entry system. Guests get one covered carport spot.

CHECK IN is 4:00pm (or anytime after) and CHECK OUT is 10:00am.

What you see is what you get, there are no outdoor spaces included in the listing, but you are in proximity to public lake access via Third Street Pier. This is a lovely cozy home in a buzzing downtown area perfect for explorers. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to message us!

Lovely, almost new 1Br unit, less than 1 block to lake. Well kept, clean, & very comfortable. Hosts, Brian & Melissa, very nice & attentive to occupant needs. About a 3 block walk to town. Highly recommend this place.

Carriage House Comfort

This place was extremely comfortable for two people. The bedding and towels were high end. We loved the king size bed. The place was well insulated and we did not hear noise when the windows were closed. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The place was very clean. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. We loved our time in Sandpoint!

Practical & clean

This property is clean and practical. The kitchen has almost all everything needed, sans a cheese grater, and the coffee was tasty and easy to make. If you like firm beds, you'll love the king bed. It was a little too firm for me though. The price was a little high for this accommodation, especially given the fees, but our family of 3 was able to cook our meals and spread out comfortably which was more convenient than staying at a hotel. Parking was close and easy. Location also great! And managers/owners were very helpful and easy to contact. I'd probably book it again the next time we have a soccer tournament in town, especially if there is a return guest discount offered.
