The cottage is in Saint Nicolas de Véroce in the town of Saint Gervais les Bains in Haute Savoie. Located at 1250m altitude and 300m above the village with all amenities.

Very nice alpine chalet, authentic, with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc chain, large openings facing this beautiful landscape and a beautiful garden oriented in the same way ideal for lunch in summer. Quiet, bright and sunny.

Access:
From the chalet there are several ways to access the foot of the slopes (1600m) either by road (3km) with large free parking (summer and winter), or by chairlift (summer and winter) which is in the heart of village (300m below the cottage 5-10 min walk).
The chalet is 15 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains (TGV to the train station "le fayet"), 15 minutes from Les Contamines, 30 minutes from Megève, 45 minutes from Chamonix and 70 kilometers from Geneva (Switzerland) with its international airport and shuttles departing from Saint Gervais.

Amenities:
In the village there is: a tourist office, a ski school, a post office, tobacconist, press and supermarket, rental of equipment for all seasons (skis, bicycles ...), restaurants.
Shuttle buses to Saint Gervais; spa, all shops, hypermarkets.

The village and the domain:
The village of Saint Nicolas is at 1180m above sea level, it has a magnificent Baroque church classified as well as a museum of sacred art.
445 Km of slopes to go down. Imagine miles of trails for all tastes and styles (with a Snow Park), and all around you a breathtaking panorama: welcome to the ski resort of St. Gervais Mont Blanc!
The 34 black runs, 80 red runs, 63 blue runs and 42 green runs promise a varied ski for all levels. The highest point of the resort is Mont Joli with its 2525m.
