Enjoy a splendid sea view in a super quiet seafront 50m from the beach and the small port in the estuary of Sinope. The house has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a large bedroom for up to 6 people.
There are two bathrooms and a heated outdoor shower to rinse back from the beach.
The house is located on a plot of 16 acres partially wooded, there is always a way to find a place in the sun or in the shade sheltered from the wind!
The house was completely renovated in 2016-2017.

Tolle Lage, Haus nicht wie erwartet

Die Vermieter habe uns im Vorfeld sehr gut und sehr freundlich mit Informationen versorgt. Die Anzeige lässt ein renoviertes Haus vermuten. Das trifft auf einen Teil der Aussenfassade und ein tolles Fenster mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer zu. Sonst ist das Haus eher in die Jahre gekommen. Es war leider bei Ankunft auch nicht sehr sauber. Viele Spinnenweben, dreckige Arbeitsplatte… In der unteren Etage roch es unangenehm nach Abfluss. Grundsätzlich hat und das Haus für zwei schöne Wochen beherbergt, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Nice House with Ocean view

Nice and big House. Very short distance to a Bug brach with only very few other tourists. We will surely come again.

Bonjour, Belle location avec environnement agréable pour des promenades et des visites au bord de la mer’ quelques commerces à proximité A revoir le menage, toile d arraignees,fourmi dans la cuisine et micro onde sale,et accessoire de jardin sale,nous avons dû faire du ménage à notre arrivé Mis à part ces désagréments nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Wundervoller Urlaub als Paar mit Hund

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Ideal für Paare oder Familien mit Hunden. Direkte Strandnähe und Ruhe pur. Sehr großer umzäunter Garten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
