10 minutes from the beaches large charming house with a living area of ​​200m2 with pool ideally located in a quiet Saubion on a plot of 1000m2 with trees.

Wooden frame house composed on the ground floor of a large living room with kitchen of 30m2 overlooking a large living room of 60m2. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom, a bathroom and the cellar.

On the floor 3 rooms, a living room mezzanine which can also make room service as well as a bathroom
The south-facing house extends onto a terrace of 200m2 with 8x4 heated pool and overlooks a very exotic garden with its cabanne perched in bamboo that will delight children.

The house is ideal for 8 to 10 people (6 adults (double) including a sofa bed in the mezzanine and sleeps 4 children / teen bed 1 place) family home is not suitable for groups!

Are available for rent a trampoline, hammocks, ping pong, bicycles, surfboards and of course barbecue and plancha !!!!

Change of scenery for a family holiday in a quiet and atypical near the sea!

We will welcome you personally.
We will stay in joint ownership of the land and will be accessible and available if necessary.

We will be able to inform you on all the good plans of the corner (outings activities, sports, restoration etc ...)

Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé 3 semaines chez Martial et Audrey. La maison est très subtilement décorée, juste ce qu’il faut. Il y a les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour comme à la maison. Cette maison a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus ainsi que la prestation de ménage offerte. Merci à vous pour votre disponibilité et votre amabilité. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances :)
