This newly listed, spacious home is sure to please any group or family. Steps from the ocean and stunning shore diving, this is the perfect choice for your next stay in the Cayman Islands. Relax in style with the amenities of home. We are steps away (you can even dive to there) from Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Tiki Bar where you can enjoy the best food and sunsets on our island.

The Queen room:
Spacious Queen room in a newly renovated beautiful spacious home with a stunning pool. This room has an ensuite bathroom and sleeps 2 comfortably. An amazing view of the ocean just meters away. Shaggy's Diving provides dive tanks located on site allowing you to jump in whenever you want to go have another adventure on our beautiful house reef. It's just paradise.

Our Unit:
Our light spacious 3 bedrooms and a large open plan with ground floor kitchen and living room opens onto a lovely patio with a BBQ overlooking the pool which is just meters away from Cayman's premier shore diving.
My home has three floors:
ground floor is a open plan kitchen, dinning and tv area with a porch and a large BBQ. The ground floor is the only part that is shared with other possible guests staying.
2nd floor, top floor, queen bed & queen sofa.
1st floor, twin/king and a queen bedroom.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
The condo can be rented in full or as shared units.

The Coconut Bay condo:
The grounds around the condo are professional landscaped and maintained daily, with two large private pools and a shower area fully equipped with a large rinse tank and dive benches so you can wash your dive gear after every dive.
We are located in a very quiet part of Cayman called West Bay, within a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery and Cracked Conch Restaurant/Macabuca Tiki Bar. Just 10 mins drive to Seven Mile shops, restaurants, and beaches. There is a regular bus route right outside the property which is just 2$ CI to town.

We are affiliated with Shaggy's - a personalized diving, snorkeling and watersports company. We specialize in customized private trips.
We also rent as a diving package with a 2 tank boat everyday if you are interested please ask. Guests get a free dive tank every day! Receive 10% off all diving and snorkeling trips booked through our dive company, Shaggy's Diving.

Other things to note
- No pets.
- No smoking inside the unit.
-Quiet time after 11 pm in accordance with the property regulations.
-We have recycle bins inside our accommodation & Coconut Bay Condo also provides big recycling bins outside. So please help us, help the environment.

Great place! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of floaties and beach towels for the pool and the beach. Everything you need to relax and enjoy snorkeling & scuba diving! Reef starts as soon as you get in the water and you can see over a dozen different fish without having to swim far if you snorkel. Shore dives: wall starts within 5 minute swim. There is a place to rinse your scuba gear and place to hang/dry it all on the patio. You can have as many shore dives as you want on your own time or schedule a boat dive with Shaggy. Tip: Rent a car. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance, other than that you will need to drive. Grocery and liquor stores are about 5-8 minute drive.

The property was good. However both us and the other guests were surprised that we were sharing the house. I actually chose option to pay a little more and have whole house to ourselves. The other couple booked via vrbo who advertize whole properties. This should be 100 procent clear when booking.

We had a great stay here with Shaggy ... the best shore diving in Grand Cayman and Shaggy was a great host getting us out to the North wall for boat diving as well!

Hi there! Small bit about me: I've been a scuba diving instructor for 20 years. I moved to the Cayman Islands in 2011 and simply loved it! Seven years later, I sold everything back home in England and set up a diving business along with a perfect oceanside condo.
I love to travel and meet people. I've been globe trotting since 1998 and I am still looking to do the South Americas!
I am a very laid back person who loves to talk with people about traveling and exciting things to do around the world!

Why they chose this property

It is a beautiful place, 20m from the best shore diving in Grand Cayman. The grounds are kept beautifully and the people are lovely.
It is large and airy with Duel AC and sleeps up to 10 guests with ease. Located only ten minutes from Seven Mile Beach, it is just far enough away from town that you feel you are in your own paradise and just close enough that the party and fun are accessible with ease if you want to go out till morning!

SHORE DIVING is awesomely easy and accessible steps away from your back door and the 30ft shallow reef is fantastic for all sorts of marine life: eagle ray, turtles, lobsters, parrot fish and so much more.
