Great place to stay

This was our second time staying here. It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants close by. Having a garage is so nice. I would recommend this property and I will stay here again.

Mom's 70th Birthday Bash

We were celebrating my moms 70th birthday. We had a bunch of family from out of town come down. The house was a perfect size. It was spacious, modern, and clean. The patio in the back yard was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great value and comfy beds!

If you are planning a trip that involves the Aurora Sports Park or near the hospital, this house is for you! I couldn’t believe that it had all king sized beds, but the icing on the cake it that they are all comfy! The neighborhood is not cookie cutter, but safe enough to walk to the Starbucks in the morning. Our group of 13 was very comfortable, and we hope to book again this time next year.

Perfect Home for our stay

My family loved staying in this home. The remodel is both luxurious and modern! The attention to detail is what made this home extra special. The beds were big (kings) and very comfortable. With our large group of 14, there were so many different spaces for us to gather and catch up. The adults enjoyed plenty of movie nights on the big screen TVs. The kids preferred the sunroom where they battled many foosball tournaments. This home was perfect for our family reunion. We highly recommend it. We hope to stay again when our family visits.

We had a great time in this home! Having so many king beds is really nice, and the home fit our group of 13 very well. I was very appreciative of the large amount of cooking supplies, as I’ve stayed places with large groups and had minimal options to cook with. The home is clean and the communication with the owners was really appreciated! They’re very helpful and accommodating, would stay again in a heartbeat. Only thing I would recommend is getting a new grill and grill brushes. The brushes are very worn, and pretty much unable to clean at all. The grill grates are falling apart and very worn. The grill still worked great, but just can’t cook without getting crusty grill particles on your food. Overall, a very minor suggestion, we loved our stay!

Great size and layout

We wanted a comfortable home that would accommodate our 7 adults and 4 kids. The layout and having 2 living room spaces was perfect! The kids could watch movies in the lower level and the adults could watch more adult TV upstairs. We were only there for a long weekend but would definitely like to come back for a longer period of time - when the weather is cooler. The location was close to plenty of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Easy off and on to the interstate and the airport. Nice area outside for catching up - privacy fence was nice as well.

Beautiful Remodel-Quick Manager Response

We enjoyed the property and managers were incredibly quick to respond and very kind to work with; however, there were problems with cleanliness of the property which the managers assured they would address. Disappointing to pay that kind of money for a beautiful remodel and then have to change bedding (pets slept in one) and ask for clean blankets because others were piled on the floor. Bathroom drains were plugged - all were easy to take care of but not something a you want to address at the beginning of your stay. Kitchen cabinets were in a disarray and just needed to be organized and cleaned. I feel confident that the managers have taken care of this issue for future stays. Good space for family and friends! All King beds is a bonus!

It worked for us

Overall, the stay was good! Pros: We really appreciated that all bedrooms had king-sized beds for comfortable sleeping. We had plenty of room and space throughout the house with the 2 kitchens and living rooms. Kid's high chair, baby gates, extra linens, 2 washers/dryers! Cons: The pans in the kitchen were not easy to cook with (need updating). The ceiling in the basement was a little low for us (tall family)!! If you are sleeping downstairs, you can hear all the squeaking of those walking around upstairs. Slightly sketchy neighborhood.
