Wonderful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with sleeping for 8 which includes a secluded pool in the backyard, hot tub for relaxing after skiing, ideally located only minutes from Park City, Brighton, Snowbird, downtown Salt Lake City, and other major attractions. You simply cannot be more centrally located. Come for the skiing in the winter and the pool and relaxation during the summer. Home is ideally located off I-215 and I-15.

Best Stay I’ve Had

By far one of the best stays I’ve had! Host was responsive and made sure our stay went as smooth as possible. Very cozy home as well! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place to everybody!

Fun Family Vacation in Utah

Property was great, I especially liked how well the kitchen is supplied. I've been in other homes where the pots/pans/silverware/appliances etc were sparse. This one was the best I have ever experienced. Special thank you for the Trader Joes Coffee.

Family Vacation

Well furnished and stocked. The home was clean and well taken care of. Nice neighborhood, went on walks daily. Very close to nearby shopping and a quick drive to Salt Lake City. We all enjoyed the stay!

August 2021 Vacation

Our experience at the house was absolutely great! There was enough space for everyone and we loved the outdoor amenities. The house is so close to everything and made it very easy to navigate around the SLC area.

Spring Ski Utah ‘21

Had a lovely trip and the house was the icing on the cake. Great location, near everything and easy access to the canyons. From the driveway to Wasatch Blvd is 10 min max. Really enjoyed our stay. Dustin and team were super responsive and a pleasure!

Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Everything was as advertised. Air conditioning worked GREAT!!! I did not need to contact Jason as he had everything in order. If ever in Utah i would recommend staying here.

Utah Ski ‘Brocation’

A property listing with five bedrooms is hard to find. Location worked out well, close to the highways and the right part of town if you’re a skier. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone with a large group.

Close to everything

We had a great ski vacation staying here for a few weeks. We skied every resort in the area and this location is easy in/out to all of them with the highway just a couple turns away. It’s lots of space and we had guests in all the rooms at one time or another during the stay. Best part was the host is exceptionally quick at responding to any questions or requests. I’d come back again with a large group coming in to stay!

Close to Ski Slopes!

The home was central to ski slopes and large enough so that our family with 4 boys were very comfortable. The game room and gym were huge plus amenities. Large dining tables are critical for a large family to be able to share meals together, which the house provided. I especially liked the house because simple things such as tissue, paper towels, extra toilet paper, full bottles of soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent were available. USB chargers were available next to beds, allowing easy charging for all our phones. The house feels like someone actually lives there, which helps making it feel like a true home.

Great location/house - we'll be back!

We stayed at this location for a much needed girls' trip. There were 5 of us, so it was perfect in that we each had our own room. Temps were in the 70's-90's during our stay (in June) so we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool. There were 6 comfortable lounge chairs, which I don't think were included in the photos, so that was nice. The fire pit, though, was no longer there. There were plenty of dishes/serving trays and cutlery. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of towels (bath and pool). There are 2 HUGE TVs w/Netflix and Prime (and probably other apps that we didn't use). Oh, and there's AC, which was nice on those hot days. We couldn't find any hair dryers so you should bring one if needed. I happened to have brought one, which we had to share across 5 people. Jason was a great host! He was super communicative and helpful when the fan in the master bedroom wasn't working. We can't wait to come back!

By far the best rental I've booked to stay. It was stocked upon arrival for our full 5 day stay with everything you need. Not to mention every kitchen utensil and gadget to cook or bake a full meal. The traveling crib, baby gate, and high chair were very helpful. My kid even learned how to play ping pong.The home was spotless, pool, hot tub and grill were clean. Amazing! Jason was readily available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely book again when visiting family in SLC. Thank you!!!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this home! We had 6 adults and 2 children stay. The space was comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out with comfortable gathering spaces for movies and games. The hot tub and pool were a bonus. Jason, the property manager, was great. The location was perfect for us. Close to shopping and some restaurants at Ft. Union and Fashion Place mall. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would stay again!

Great Skiing House!

We loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun playing ping pong. So close to the hills to ski every day!

Great location with plenty of space for 6

March2025. We were able to enter the house (via garage) with ease. And then being able to use their remote control for the garage door meant we never used the front door. This was great for us. The house was clean and spacious. The outdoor hot tub was great after skiing. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and most everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were a plus. One minor take away, was the house is only zoned with one heating thermostat; thus the downstairs was colder than the upstairs. And if we bumped the temp up, then the upstairs was too warm.Jason was quick and pleasant to deal with via VRBO messaging.
