Experience a fun immaculate dream home designed with trendy mid-century decor in the heart of Colorado Springs. You'll find this home with lots of space for both kids & adults! This home was completely remodeled from head to toe, everything is new, clean, & cozy. Enjoy our 65" TV, Foosball, Ping Pong, Xbox one, & Arcade game station. No fighting over who gets the king bed - we have 5 (also 2 other bunk beds)! Duvet covers are washed after each guest just like the Ritz Carlton!

Perfect house for large family!!

We had a large group of family and we really loved how it had 5 private rooms with king beds for the adults and a bunk room for children. Loved the ping pong table and the sitting area outside. Also close to everything!!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 12, which included three generations. It’s in a great location; just a short drive to all the tourist attractions and close to stores for needed essentials. The two fridges and two laundry rooms were perfect for our large family, and there was plenty of things to keep both teens and kids entertained, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing outdoor patio area. Highly recommend for big families or groups.

The house was a good value for the area and space. Wish all the bedrooms had ceiling fans. It would also be helpful if we had a house for 14 people that it actually had 14 forks/knives/spoons/plates. There was also no place to put clothes. Each room needs a dresser or some type of clothing storage. The area was nice and close to major stores when needed.

The house had plenty of room. Good central location to points of interest. The king size beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. Close to grocery store and eateries. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a hockey tournament with another family and the location was in between all rinks in the Springs. Our kids played foosball and ping pong for hours. We did not use the hot tub due to below zero temps over the weekend, but it was available during our stay at least. The house was as described and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Colorado...party of 14

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our very large 3-family group which included 7 teenage girls who thoroughly enjoyed having their own space downstairs. The property is beautiful, very well-maintained and has lots of activities (ping pong, foosball, hot tub, firepit) for those evenings when we just wanted to hang out. All amenities that we could have possibly wanted were provided...we really appreciated the 2 washer/dryer sets though! LOL The location was ideal...almost everything we wanted to do (and we did a lot) was within a 25-minute drive. To top it all off, communication with the owners was wonderful from the time we reserved the property to check-out. We had a couple questions, and they were quick and courteous with their responses, making us feel quite welcomed. We were all very sad to leave and the kids said they would miss the house!

Girl’s Getaway

Every year, a group of friends go on a mystery trip. This year, the planners decided we were going to Colorado Springs. It did not disappoint! The location was close to activities we planned, the accommodations were great and fit the description well, and the host was very responsive! Overall, everything was wonderful!

This was a great house for a large group of people. We had 13 people and plenty of room. The property owners were very quick to respond and give direction. The only issue we had was running out of hot water for showers. A small hot water heater for that large of a house was not sufficient.

Family vacation

Very disappointed, pictures was not what the yard looked like and the entire front and back yard looked like a dump!! No tv’s in any room. No dressers or anywhere to put your luggage but on floor. Had to wash your towels, we had 6 adults and 2 children. This was way over priced

Exceeded expectations!

It was a short trip but the house was awesome!Every detail was spot on, the owners quick to respond and house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were great! The boys had a blast playing ping pong and foosball then relaxing in hot tub.I would give more stars if we could!We will be back!

Great spot for multi family get together

Great size rooms each with a king size bed and lots of spaces to unpack and be comfortable. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches for travelers. Had a small issue and very prompt response and resolution from the owner! Highly recommend!

Great family spot

They hosted a large group of us aged 96-2, and the house worked great for all of us. The biggest complaint was we had a hard time finding stuff in the kitchen since it’s not where we intuitively thought it would be. Loved they had stuff for the kids there and extra fridge and washer/dryer. The beds were okay, a little firm for me but some people liked them. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house (there is an apartment complex there), and you are close to the main roads & shopping. We didn’t use the outside much due to it being winter, but the extra space would be great in the warmer months! We would stay here again

Great place for us to stay for a wedding. 5 king bed bedrooms is hard to find. We and our adult kids loved the arcade games and the ping pong. We were able to make breakfast a couple of times and there was plenty of space for eight of us to eat at the dining table. Beds are comfortable

Great location & layout for mature guests

Took my mother and her two sisters to their hometown for my mother's 80th birthday. House was perfect - one step up and then 3 bedrooms (with King beds) and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Basement had two rooms with king beds/one bath and a huge family room with wet bar, foosball, TV, sofa and two sets of bunk beds. House would be great for a multigenerational vacation. We only ate breakfast at home but the kitchen was well appointed. Living room had a huge TV that was easy to work. There was a ping pong table enclosed in the back of the house. Outside was a large yard with fire pit, hot tub and pergola. Nice options but we did not utilize any of them during our short stay. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were all soft and clean. Location is great - nice central access across CO Springs. Plenty of nearby restaurant and grocery options. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience and beautiful home !!

My family and I stayed at this home for two nights during our stay at Colorado Springs and could not have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect to travel to garden of the gods and pikes peak along with being only a few minutes from restaurants, grocery stores , etc. all of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the backyard area was so pretty with a nice fire pit and hot tub. The home was well equipped with all supplies. We have been looking forward to our Colorado trip for months and this stay made it everything we dreamed of and more !

We have 2 young kiddos who keep us on our toes, and we love taking them on adventures. We've traveled around the world as a family and only book vacation homes - it's so much more comfortable than a hotel, especially with kids. That's what we love offering our guests. A home away from home.

What makes this property unique

We've spent countless days making sure this home is absolutely perfect. You'll find that we provide all necessities needed to make your stay is a joyful experience. Our home is a ranch style with an open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an open bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). This room also includes an arcade game system, Xbox one,  a very large leather couch and is the perfect place to watch your favorite Netflix series. The house also includes a cute mud room perfect for enjoying that next great book or cup of coffee and a sunroom with foosball and ping pong.
