IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom apartment (T3) with wheelchair access, located in the Odalys Les Sources de Manon residence, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We invite you to discover this ground-floor, air-conditioned apartment, which can accommodate up to six people.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-April).

The apartment comprises a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a private terrace.

Parking, TV, and a washing machine are available.

Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its tourist attractions. End-of-stay cleaning included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is not included and is available as an option.

Pets are welcome.

belle région à visiter avons apprécié l'endroit du Pont d'Arc avec un beau temps pour la baignade le bémol la propreté de l'appartement laisse beaucoup a désirer ce n'est pas possible que le balai et la serpillère ai été passée avant notre arrivé que dire du grille pain est l'étagère ou il était posé vraiment très très négligé
