This large apartment on the second floor of a Haussmann building is located in the Halles district, less than 5 minutes from the Seine. With its three double rooms, it can accommodate up to six guests.
The apartment is bright for a 1st floor since it offers a clear view (South for the whole apartment / South-East for the master bedroom). Benefiting from all the comfort of a modern apartment, it has kept the charm of the old, typically Parisian, with its parquet floor and its apparent stones.
It is composed of a living/dining room, an open fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate) and a laundry room.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a television (with international channels). The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection. The dining area can accommodate up to six people.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment; one has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds.
The kitchen (with a window overlooking the courtyard) is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. It includes a bar area with three dedicated chairs.

The apartment is located in the center of Paris and therefore close to the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 as well as the RER lines A, B, D). It is therefore easy to move around in Paris but also outside of Paris.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
