New cozy furniture, newer appliances. Large living area with wood burning fireplace. Sleeps 7 people comfortably. Wifi available for guests and 2 TV’s. Access to Durango Mountain Club pool, hot tub and fitness center.

The condo is in an excellent location. The unit is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove, which warmed up the entire unit. Would stay here again.
