OUR STAY VILLA FIEURIE

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Fleurie very much.We were impressed by the spacious and very clean accommodation.The property is on a quiet road off the main thoroughfare, near a frequent bus service. Excellent value for money, the family upstairs were particularly nice and helpful

Kein Ort der Entspannung ...

Allem voran: die "Housekeeper " sind bemüht zu helfen, wenn man eine Frage hat, aber das größte Problem bei dieser Unterkunft ist die Verständigung - denn nur eine Person spricht ein bißchen Englisch, eine ausreichende Kommunikation vor Ort ist nicht möglich! Der Eigentümer war telefonisch nur schlecht erreichbar (in Frankreich), wir sollten ihn nochmals auf einer anderen Nummer anrufen, was wir aber nicht einsahen (Kosten). Zur Wohnung selbst: wir fühlten uns aufgrund der Größe und mangelnden, lieblosen Einrichtung wie in einem Bunker; der einzige Platz, an dem wir uns aufhalten wollten war der Esstisch. Das Sofa und die Sessel sind sehr fleckig und riechen muffig (kein Platz zum Entspannen), die Schränke riechen auch schlecht - man möchte keine Kleidung hinein legen! - da hilft auch kein Lüften. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer neben der Garage kühlt nicht den Raum (wälzt nur die Luft um). Das Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Bett grenzt an einen Hinterhof mit lauter Nachbarschaft. Die Küche ist zum Kochen schlecht ausgestattet, insbesondere gibt es nur eine Kochstelle (Gas), ein vierflammiger Herd wurde offensichtlich ausgebaut. Wir raten dringend davon ab, dieses Apartment zum Ankommen auf der Insel zu wählen (insbesondere, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist), weil man sich ziemlich verloren vorkommt und der Weg zum großen Strand doch weiter ist als angenommen.

I am sorry your stay in our house didn't go well. The person who talks english did his best to give you all the informations you wanted. I remember our call, I wasn't hearing everything you were saying on the phone so I gave you the number of my daughter so she can answer your questions. About the smell in the house, after you left my housekeeper told me that it wasn't in the house but outside. Also, there are linens in every wardrobe of the house, and there are the bed sheets on beds. The equipment we have made in the house has been well thought for the client comfort. People go in Mauritius for calm and serenity, so if you wanted something perfect, why didn't you go to an hotel ? Thank you. Bye.
