Great house with accommodating layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach is s short walk away! Close to grocery store as well. Pool is pretty large compared to others in the surrounding area.

Great Anna Maria Island House

This place was amazing. The Pool/hot tub are was amazing. The kitchen was perfect. The bedrooms were laid out nicely. A quick walk to the beach and a five minute walk to Publix. The 6 guys loved all having our own bathroom with each bedroom. Fantastic overall stay.

Photos did the property no Justice! Our expectations were exceeded staying here. Such a short walk to the beach and to local shops! We had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Anna Maria!

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Holmes Beach. We had a relaxing and fun filled vacation. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My grandsons really had fun in the pool. The proximity to the beach was great and the fact that there were toys and boogie boards for the boys made the beach more enjoyable. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us since we are a multi-generational group.

Great house, 6 bedrooms and each with own bathroom!

We really enjoyed this property! The pool was kinda cool but we had the hot tub that the kids used a lot! Close to the beach and a nice quite street. They didn’t inform us that they had a pac-n-play so we rented and brought 1and they also had a highchair that we weren’t informed about so we had rented that also. All in all we loved the house!

Great for families with teens

We were a party of 2 families with 4 teens combined. Great! Enough space to spread out. Close enough to “stuff” for them to walk and get what they wanted/ needed. Publix was basically around the corner. Beach was close but took some effort to get to cross walk. House had pretty much everything needed to play at the beach! Great choice for us!

Awesome house

The house is perfect for large groups. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room to move around. The kitchen is well equipped for everything that you’ll need. Each room having its own bathroom still allows for privacy. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool and outdoor living space really made the house incredible. We utilized the outdoor dining areas almost nightly. Location to the beach is an easy walk to the end of the street. The property management staff was great as well. We had no issues while there but had several questions prior to our stay and Emma was very responsive and friendly. We’ll be back and certainly rent this same house.

Some online pictures misleading

Some online pictures misleading, as more furniture shown in living room than is actually there and no rug. With number of bedrooms, can sleep up to 12, but living room could seat 5 to 6. Landscaping in the backyard somewhat messy with quite a bit of debris around pool most of the time. Bathroom rug in one of the upstairs bedrooms was clean on the periphery but soiled in the central 80%.

Not a great place to rent

We were not at all happy with the condition of the home. One of the toilets would not stop running unless you used the shut-off valve. Some of the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. One of the bedrooms had a king sized bed that took up most of the room. There were some rooms with no place to put your clothes.you had to strick them on a shelf in the closets. Some of the rooms did not even have a chair to sit on. One of the TV screens had problems. The furniture was uncomfortable. In genereal the place looked like a 40-50 year old building that was in need of lots of TLC. There were several small things that we took care of ourselves. We have rented on Anna Marie Island three times in the past. Two of those rentals were from your agency. Both of them have had similar conditions. This is our last stay on Anna Marie, although the prices are higher, the homes are more well maintained.

Pluses and Minuses

Location is great. Property is as advertised and the price is good for what you are getting. Everything worked as it should, the a/c upstairs shut down one night, but the property manager called for service and it was quickly repaired. The property feels older and could use some tlc. The stove dial temps settings are worn off, so you have no idea wether range is set to high/low/center ring/ or both. Same with the toaster, has 3 buttons, but no settings. We like to cook, kitchen was very sparce of pot and pans. Washing machine had alot of mold in it. Also, alot of rules, no loud noises( had a 2 and 3 year old) because noise meters will sound, a/c cant go below 70 or it will freeze and guest will pay for repair, doors open longer than 3 minutes will automatically shut down the a/c, also any time you tried to turn the a/c cooler, it would automatically go back to the preset 74 and get a message saying it was "remotely monitored." Try sleeping in a 74 degree house after being at the beach all day. You have to place dishes in dishwasher, turn down beds.....just felt like we were really restricted and under surveillance the entire time

After wedding vacation.

This house was just perfect for our group. We had never stayed in this area before but we had heard how lovely Anna Marie Island was and it really lived up to all our expectations. The house was just what we were looking for, good sized bedrooms, a comfortable living area, nice kitchen and fabulous outdoor area. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and enjoyed the out door seating area. The beach was just a short walk away as were a super market and gift store. The house had everything we required and there were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans we might need. The out door area was very private and nicely landscaped.

Great Outside Area, Good House

First property mgmt was good and as responsive as they could be, but we did have to be the squeaky wheel. As for the property, overall a good house but needs some definite improvements on the interior. Great - outside area is awesome! Pool, hot tub, ping pong, table are definite upside to this property. Bedrooms were nice with lots of king beds and on suite baths for each room. Good - location is good. Near a lot of amenities. Nearest access is a large public beach which was very crowded during out stay. So you had to walk a while to get to a good spot. Bad - All the appliances need replaced. Only 1 fridge for that size house is a stretch and the fridge is on it's last leg. Ice maker never worked. Dying fan and a broken shelf further limiting storage space. Easy fix would be to add a fridge to pantry/closet right off kitchen. All the burner knob numbers are rubbed off so it was a guessing game for the temperatures of the burners. Need another set of utensils for number of people staying at the house. There is limited seating inside (which is fine as long as weather is good), but the dining room chairs are falling apart. A couple bedrooms had little to no drawers so difficult to unpack leaving you to live out of the suitcase.

So many things to love about this property. The number of bathrooms, the pool/deck area, the central location is walking distance to Publix, CVS and the beach with the most beautiful sand and sunsets. Emma was quick to respond to our questions leading up to our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Awesome house for our family!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 11, including grandchildren ages 1,9,11 & 14! So much room for us all. Outdoor pool area was so entertaining. Nice shallow area for the toddler to play in. Also plenty of water and beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Very short walk to beach. Only downfall was the lack of dressers. Maybe just add a shelf inside the closets? Everything super clean and worked great for us!
