Exceptional location 2 steps from the beach and the center of Carnac Plage. The garden level of this villa with large plot (excellent exposure) is close to all amenities and quiet.
The villa is composed of two independent levels (ground floor and upper floor). By this announcement, we are renting the ground floor.
Nice ground floor space for up to 7 people, ideally located in Carnac-plage.
Very sought-after location close to the large beach (200 m) and shops.
Recently renovated, it is composed as follows:
- A large living space (living room, dining room) open to the terrace and the garden.
- A new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer)
- A new bathroom (shower)
- A first bedroom (double bed 160/200, new bedding)
- A bedroom with two single beds (120 cm / 190)
- A bedroom with pull-out beds and a 90 cm single bed
The floor of the house can also be available on request.
The Quiberon peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan, Belle Île, Houat and Hoëdic, Vannes, Auray and the port of Saint-Goustan ... so many nearby destinations for unforgettable excursions.
