The house and location were way better than the pictures. The house is adorable and the location is outstanding. Able to view sunsets over the water. The boat dock was super convenient and really appreciated the dock lights and electric . We already booked next years stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing retreat.

Third stay with my family and we will be back next year! The views are perfect! The lake house, boat docks (2), and location are wonderful. Bart called to check on everything at the house because he was aware a severe storm rolled through the day we were to arrive. Until next year….

Back to the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, The location is amazing and the views of the lake are spectacular. In fact, we did not turn on the TV for 4 days!!! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It will be the first place I check on next trip we take to the lake.

Perfect Lake Weekend

We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend at the lake. We’ve been coming to KY Lake for three years now. This is our second year with our own boat so finding a property with a private dock/boat slip was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The deck was huge and the fire pit on the point overlooking the lake was a great way to wind down after a long day on the lake. We’ve already booked for next year.

Peace and Tranquility

Barts Lakefront Cabin is the BEST! Our second stay here…can’t wait until next year! Super clean, convenient location but secluded and quiet! Sunrise coffee on the deck, fishing off the dock, fireside evenings! Couldn’t be any better!! Our tv NEVER was on as we spent all of our time enjoying outside! Even nicer than the listing and Bart is a great host always available with quick responses if needed. Don’t hesitate to book this!

Slice of Heaven on Jonathan Creek

We were in town for a family wedding by the lake. We loved this rental! Five stars are not enough. Not only is the location absolutely beautiful and peaceful, but every amenity you could imagine was provided. It is clean, cozy, modern yet still a bit rustic, and comfortable. Showers and water pressure were excellent, central air was amazing, and beds were perfect. Beautiful outdoor lights. We loved being able to fish off of the private dock. Storms went through while we were there, and Bart messaged us to check in and make sure we were okay. We will most certainly be returning to this sweet little retreat.

The lakehouse was wonderful for our trip with the family. What a spectacular view of the lake and so peaceful. The oldest grandson loved fishing off the dock even in the rain, and the youngest claimed the hammock to read and play on his games. Location was great--easy to access the public boat ramp and travel to LBL for horseback riding and to the Elk & Bison. We definitely would return to this location. Having use of two fridges was great. The views from the kitchen, deck and sun porch were great. The bathrooms could use some extra cleaning (walls and doors) and some new bathmats. Overall -- lovely property!

I was very impressed with the cabin, the setting and all. It was amazingly clean, and comfortable. We had a plumbing problem and our host, Bart, fixed the same moning. Very efficient. Definitely will go back!
