Appart bien situe au centre de l Ermitage

Les + super bien situé, très joli appart, tout à dispo même serviette de plage , personne de contact très gentille et arrangeante. Résidence très calme. Les - odeur desagrable dans la salle de bain (égout) mais si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte ça passe. Résidence de retraite donc à la piscine avec les enfants pas possible de faire même un petit peu de bruit sans se faire engueuler. Piscine impraticable durant 6 jours sur 13 proprio averti mais malheureusement pas de proposition de sa part de remboursement d une partie de la location car nous avons payé pour une piscine également mais que nous n avons pas pu utiliser durant 6 jours.

Contact agréable et efficace lors de la réservation et sur place. Appartement bien équipé, très adapté pour une famille avec 2 belles chambres, un grand séjour cuisine, une varangue et un petit jardin bien caché. Avec piscine sécurisée à côté. Nos 2 petits ont adoré ! Tout peut se faire à pied, c'est appréciable : les commerces sont à 2 pas, le marché du dimanche aussi, et la plage à peine plus loin. Seuls bémols : gros travaux de l'autre côté de la rue (réveil matinal), système d'aération bruyant dans le salon la nuit (problème ponctuel ?) et cohabitation avec un résident au-dessus de la piscine pas évidente à gérer (pour le "bruit"). Au final, c'était un très bon séjour !
