perfect location

As the vacation planner for an extended family of 12 it's not easy to find something everyone likes. EVERYONE loved this property. The activities (racquet ball, mini golf, swimming) keep us all busy on the days between the parks. The travel time to everything was 45 mins or less. Plenty of off sight activities near by.. We had a great time.

Great place!

We had a large family reunion of 15 people we ended up getting a lower and upper room very impressed with how clean it was and how everything we needed was there for example pots pans utensils coffee they had the cutest little salt and pepper shakers perfect for the weekend that we were there. We were out at the amusement park during the day but in the evenings we come back to the condo and have dinner play video games play play cards it was a wonderful experience and our family will definitely stay there again the next time we go visit Williamsburgh! Perhaps next time over will have time to use the pool tennis courts and visit the on site restaurant.

Mixed thoughts

Property is nice and clean (did find one bed bug but no issues there). I was pleased overall but I went into the process SPECIFICALLY asking for a house with no lock outs. I felt a bit mislead and it was too late to change the plans. Location was great. Nice supply of household goods. We rented all three units thinking (at first) it was an open house - it was not so be clear that there are no HOMES for rent - just condos put together. That was very frustrating

Kathleen, Sorry for any confusion you may have had. The listing is very specifically advertised as having the ability to lock it off or for use as one unit or home with connecting doors, which is how you and the family used it. I did call property management while you were there and afterwards as well, there where not any bed bugs in the unit, so I'm confused there. Glad you had a nice time over all Kathleen.

Great property in a very convenient location

We were a family of 7 that rented a 4 bedroom lockout. The people we rented from were courteous and helpful. The property was lovely. Everything was clean and well stocked. The amenities were perfect. Everyone had a great time. My only criticism is how pushy they are about the timeshares. They really want you to listen to their promo.

Family Time!

The condo was extremely spacious (great for separating my young adults from the kiddos). A wonderous surprise was a temperature controlled sunroom in the bottom unit! Plenty activities for family fun at this resort. My boys loved it!

Great location

The property was beautiful and the location was convenient to what we wanted to see. The pool closed very early, at 7 p.m. this was very disappointing.
