Midtown Modern Minimalist Retreat
Newly built modern home in the heart of midtown. Located in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood just blocks away from the energy of the city. Piedmont Park, great local restaurants and Atlanta attractions are in walking distance or a quick Uber ride away.

The space
Furnished in mid-century modern, the house offers a quiet getaway from the energy of the city just blocks away. With equal space for indoor and outdoor living, its bright and comfortable and perfect for entertaining a few guests or just sitting by the outdoor fireplace enjoying a hot drink.
Guest access
The guest space is the top two floors of the main part of the house which offers seasonal midtown skyline views from the bedrooms. I occupy the downstairs separate apartment (mother-in-law suite) and run my business there during the day, so I'm available as a concierge for any needs or questions.
Interaction with guests
I will certainly be available for questions and I may be off site during the rental period, but I'm a quick text or call away.
Other things to note
The house has a fully integrated wifi network, so strong internet is available throughout the guest space including the outdoor spaces. There is a smart TV in the living room for streaming your favorite networks.

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. While the pictures are great seeing it in person was a real treat. The owner didn’t miss a thing when creating the space. Wonderful linens, very comfy bed, light and bright. Wonderful spots to lounge both inside and out. If you’re even thinking about this versus a high end hotel, I can tell you there was no comparison. Our host was gracious and even went above and beyond by sticking the fridge with water and beverages. Troy was very quick in responding to any questions and made us feel very at home. If I could give it 6 stars I would!
