Beautiful home in the hills above Playa Conchal

Beautiful home in a wonderful gated community close to Liberia. Very clean and well appointed. The owner and local manager were both very responsive. Full access to the beach club with pool, bar, restaurant, gym, and golf course. Two large rooms on the lower level - one quite large with sitting area. The upstairs has one main bedroom with en suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with no bathroom. The golf cart made it really easy to get to the beach club in 5 minutes. One note on the listing - it is NOT a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s 15 minutes to walk, and the golf cart is an extra $350 per week which is really needed to make things easier. Because it’s a bit farther away, it’s up in the hills and has great sunset views. A beautiful home we would definitely return.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this property! It was so convenient having the golf cart quick ride to the course and the beach club! Having the pool was so nice to relax after a day of golf. Very easy to communicate with property manager and so helpful! We would come back for sure!
