Newly renovated property! Entire home has been renovated for your stay. Peaceful, quiet home located just steps from the Neuse River. Fishing pier, and kayak launch. Recreation center steps away as well. Indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, game room. Rec center covers use for one family! Everything is here to enjoy your vacation. Downtown New Bern 15 minute drive and the beautiful North Carolina beaches are within 35 minutes. More pictures coming soon of our new ping pong table that will be set up in the game room!

Hi. Thanks for choosing our home. David and I, Terri, love New Bern. We also live here in this quaint little corner of our world and love it. We love to share with our guests all that New Bern has to offer. We both love the water. We actually met on a little island called Hope Town, which is located in the Bahamas. Some of you may have been or heard of it. We love to go sailing and take advantage of all this area has to offer. Enjoy our home and please reach out with anything you may need!
