Work way from home
This property provided the most relaxing environment I've ever experienced in a rental property. The creek, cows, surrounding farm were beautiful. It was a little trip back in time. My family had a wonderful time!

Mother/Daughter Weekend
It is beautifully tucked away with hills surrounding you. We are from Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Moldova. We haven’t been together in many, many years. We celebrated 2 of the mom’s 70th birthdays. You are so close to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Carla and I were aware of the farmhouse and had visited in the past. The previous owner, Reverend Eldon Moore had purchased the property from the Martin Family in 1985. Eldon married us in 2006.
The renovation of the farmhouse in 2018/19 was extensive. New roof, gutters, paint, and interior renovation was done, keeping as much original features and charm as possible.

Why they chose this property

I instantly loved this property upon first seeing it. Growing up on a farm, it reminded me of a great childhood. Literally when I enter Martin Valley and drive down Martin Valley Road, I can feel the serenity. It is truly a unique property.

What makes this property unique

The age (built 1900) of a Victorian style farmhouse with updated conveniences for comfort make this home unique.
The rural setting with close by Hiking and entertainment makes it perfect for a vacation
