1 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5. Free WiFi in gated property. 2 televisions, newly furnished with easy access since it's on the first floor. Updated Appliances, and Bathrooms.
Full access to all the Edgewater amenities including Lagoon pool, Pickle ball, exercise room, Oceans restaurant, tennis courts and more. 9 hole golf and beach chairs are available for an additional charge.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please pile the towels near the washer, but don’t start the washer-the cleaning crew will take them and bring a new fresh set for the condo.
Dishes-please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher by touching start button twice. Trash- please take out trash to outer hall trash chute by stairwell. Thank you!
