Positioned in the residential area of Folgarida (altitude 1360 m asl) , the spacious and finely furnished lodge offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large lounge (with a piano) in a multi level open space, an internal balcony and a large garage with an extended proprietary driveway. External balconies and the garden ensure a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites and the ‘Val di Sole’ (Sun Valley). Ski slopes, which are part of a 93 miles network including Marilleva, Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio e Val Rendena, are at walking distance and most of winters, depending on snow conditions, it is possible to leave and return home by skiing. Satellite TV and WiFi are available. ‘Nana Peak’ Electric charge wall box for electric cars is available he garage with extra cost. Lodge is suitable to up to 9 occupants, no pets are allowed.

Nice accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Enough space for every one. All though the kitchen is quite small. Access to the ski slopen is just a 2 minute walk, perfect. Contact with the owner is very good. I would recommended this place!

Lovely property in great location. Well appointed, comfortable, and with plenty of storage. Elisabetta was very helpful and provided excellent information / communication which made checking in and getting the most of our stay very easy. Thank you Elisabetta, we all had a fantastic week skiing.

Perfect skiing holiday

We were 2 families of total 9 persons in the house and we had plenty of space. The location was really good and only a short walk to the slope in the morning and coming back on skies in the afternoon was really good. We did not have a car, but it was no problem managing around without car. Only short walking distance to town and food store and most of the evenings we enjoyed in the spacious house. Elisabetta took very good care of our needs. Can definitly recommend this house. Also the information we got via mail about the house and how to get there was very informative.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie piccole o grandi fino a 9 persone

Casa ottima e contesto bellissimo. Vanno Migliorati lo spazio Cucina che è vecchio con mobili vecchi ed elettrodomestici da aggiornare e la parte pentole, posate etc. da aggiornare. Anche alcuni piccoli dettagli sono migliorabili nei bagni. Nel complesso però un 9 pieno!

Grande Relax e Vacanza rilassante

La casa è molto grande e accogliente. Noi siamo rimasti un mese intero e la sensazione era quella di essere a "casa tua". Molto disponibili i proprietari quando ce n'è stato bisogno e buono anche il supporto sul posto della persona delegata dal proprietario. Ci siamo portati a casa un bel ricordo per la casa e per la bellezza della zona che in estate è spettacolare.

Bella casa, comodità e buon gusto

La casa è bellissima con un salone fantastico e tutti i confort. Eravamo 8 e siamo stati comodi. La posizione è ottima per visitare la val di sole ed il Tonale si raggiinge in 30 minuti. Molto comodo anche raggiungere Madonna di Campiglio La casa si sviluppa su 4 livelli quindi non è idonea per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis voor 2 gezinnen

Een heerlijk groot huis perfect voor 2 gezinnen in een mooi skigebied. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden 4 kinderen mee in de leeftijd 13-19 jaar. De slaapkamer met 2 stapelbedden was wel wat klein en de stapelbedden erg laag als je op het onderste bed moest slapen. Dit was het enige ‘negatieve’ aan het huis. De locatie is goed. Je bent in 5 minuten lopen bij de funevia die je naar boven brengt. Dit is niet een heel fijn stuk om te lopen met skischoenen en ski’s. Boven heb je bij de skihuur een opslag waar je elke dag je materiaal kan laten. Na een dag skiën ga je dus zonder materiaal weer met de funevia naar beneden en dat is perfect. Er is een dalafdaling maar hebben wij niet gedaan. Samenvatting: heeelijk comfortabel huis in een prachtig skigebied.

Bella e accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto in questa bella e accogliente casa. Eravamo due famiglie con bambini e gli ampi spazi della casa hanno permesso un piacevole soggiorno per adulti e per bambini.Un imprevisto con la lavatrice poteva causare spiacevoli esiti ma abbiamo tanto apprezzato che la signora Elisabetta è stata subito pronta a risolvere il problema. Per il resto la posizione a mio avviso è più comoda per le vacanze invernali vista la vicinanza con gli impianti di risalita. Per la visita alla splendida val di sole con tutte le sue attività estive bisogna tenere in considerazione che si deve percorrere ogni giorno la strada di tornanti per scendere al paese più vivace (Dimaro, circa 15 min), snodo fra la val di Peio e la val di Rabbi. Nel complesso consigliata!

Bellissima vacanza sulla neve a Folgarida

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in due famiglie per un totale di quattro adulti e quattro bambini dai 6 agli 11 anni. Bellissima esperienza, la casa è molto bella e ben organizzata su diversi livelli. Particolare la zona salotto, ampia e vivibile per tutti, con divani e poltrone, visibile dalla zona soggiorno/cucina che si trova ad un livello superiore, anche questa ben suddivisa, con tavolo comodo per almeno nove persone e dotata di tutti gli accessori ed elettrodomestici necessari. In generale è una casa molto confortevole per due famiglie. Abbastanza comodo anche il collegamento a piedi alle piste da sci. Elisabetta, la proprietaria è stata molto sollecita, disponibile e cortese sia per le informazioni propedeutiche alla vacanza, che in seguito. Da ripetere!

Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen hier onze wintersport vakantie gevierd, wij vonden het een erg gezellig huis waar genoeg ruimte was om lekker te zitten of aan de grote eettafel met zijn alle te eten. Het was niet luxe maar konden ons prima redden met alles. Het huis ligt wel wat afgelegen van alle gezellige dorpjes maar de piste was wel zeer dichtbij en ruime parkeerplek voor 2 auto's bij het huis. Het enige waar we echt rekening mee moesten houden was het warm water, we moesten het douchen onderling verdelen een paar voor het eten en een paar erna anders had je kans op minder warm water. Maar al met al een prima huis voor de wintersport voor een betaalbare prijs

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa per nove ospiti è perfetta. E' in zona molto tranquilla ma in poco tempo in auto si possono raggiungere le valli vicino per delle belle passeggiate estive. Letti comodi e accessori in cucina piu' che sufficienti. Consigliata.

Wonderful place to stay

Spacious, beautiful and attractively furnished house only the kitchen is a bit small. Super location in proximity to the slopes. Highly recommended for two families. Caio Folgarida.
