Artistic 1930's Craftsman in hip East Nashville

Beautiful fully furnished craftsman in hip East Nashville available for 30 days or more. This house is artfully redone and situated in the best part of town, just two blocks from the famous Mas Tacos, Pharmacy Burger, Lyra and four blocks from the supermarket, Rite Aid, Barista Parlor and a whole lot more. Just a half mile to five points as well! From here it's a quick $5 Uber to the heart of downtown. This is the perfect house to call home during your stay in this fast growing city.

Downstairs has most of the living space, the master bedroom and both bathrooms. Both the front porch swing and the screened in back deck are great places to hang in the warmer months. All three beds are brand new and super comfortable. You should have everything you need while you are here!

I'm very responsive via e-mail, text and phone. We have contractors and a property manager on hand should you ever need anything.

NOTE: The third bedroom is in an attic dormer and has a very low ceiling. If you are more than about 5'11" you probably won't want to stay in that room in particular.
