- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- There are no elevators at this resort. A lower level can be requested but not promised.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: $22.50 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN

Resort Fee includes WiFi, fitness center, fitness classes, recreational facilities (18 hole mini golf, tennis and sport court), garden gas grills, pools and spa tub, fire pit, creekside park, 24 hour business center, computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

When Checking In: A photo ID and a credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit are required. Deposit is for incidentals only and will be refunded at check out, provided there are no charges you incurred during your stay.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.

Nice resort within walking distance to Tlaquepaque

Nice accommodations a little dated on the inside but had a beautiful spacious patio out of the king suite and the living area. Small view of the Sedona landscape but not as much as what I saw advertised. Bottom floor can be a little noisy if neighbors are above. Overall really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. It is within walking distance of uptown, Tlaquepaque and the Hill area of Sedona.

Good, But could have been better

We did not expect the property to be under major renovation. The kids pool was closed so the kids were PILED in at the adult pool, made it much harder to enjoy. Also, knowing that all restrictions had been lifted by the governor, we were disappointed to learn that the exercise room was closed. I had to spend $75.00 as a local gym to exercise a few days. I would like that reimbursed. I was very surprised to learn how early the shops and food establishments closed in the local area. The room was nice but outdated.
