Perfect Vacation Home for Large Group

Clean, well maintained vacation home was ideal for our group of 20 ranging in age from 6 years to 73 years. Our host, Melody, was easy to communicate with, always answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Although we spent most of our time at Disney Parks, there were many activities available on the Solterra Resort prperty.

Our stay at this house was comfortable and everything was as expected. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house, but also enjoyed a day of going to the community pool and slide. We didn’t need to ask for anything from the property manager and communication with the owner was excellent.

Family Xmas vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property. It has enough rooms with an adjacent private bathroom for almost every room which gives you privacy but at the same time the common areas are quite inviting to be there. We also went to the club house and everything was fine. Melody was very clear on her messages about all there is to know about the property. We had a great time and the house was a perfect match for our family needs.

Home was large and easily accommodated our extended family. Pool, Hot tub , Covered patio and Lani were very nice. Home was starting to show signs of general wear and tear- nothing a coat of paint and new carpet could not improve. Garage worked well but could use a good clearing and cleaning. Front entry porch needs power washed. We really enjoyed our stay!

2021 Florida Getaway

The home was very clean and nice. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I would only recommend such a nice large place. Investing in the television service would be a great idea. Days lounging at the pool and relaxing at home it would have been nice to have more variety of channel’s. I certainly would stay again the owner is very nice and pleasant
