If You're looking for a family friendly area.
The area: It's very "touristy" with lots of families roaming around and lots of kids. There's a lot of homeless people in all the public areas but they mind their own for the most part. A good selection of restaurants and other offerings all a short walk away. We had a Turo car so we preferred to explored the Islands other areas.
Now for the condo.
The Good: The staff was very helpful and there was a nice welcome card and complimentary snack that were nice. It was clean and functional. It had all the necessities and in our opinion okay for a short stay. It is an "ocean front"property and there is a usable beach within a 5 minute walk.
The Bad: No Central Air conditioning. We could not enjoy the ocean sounds because the Portable Air Conditioners (1 In Living Room, 1 in Bedroom) are loud and really struggle to cool the spaces. As of our stay dates the bed was very uncomfortable. It's super firm and kind of a cheap springy bed. "We" woke up tired every day from not getting any good sleep. So much so we left a day early to check in to the Hilton in Waikoloa literally so we could have one good nights rest.
Over all it was good, if the owners would invest in the Air conditioning and a good bed or mattress and better bedding it would be fantastic!
