We had a lovely time staying in this house. 3 adults with a room each. House was very handy to walk to and from places. Shops nearby.Fans supplied for all rooms.Very comfortable house.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay here. The home was lovely, the garden was inviting, everything we needed. We found it to be very conveniently located. Check in was simple and easy. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were all comfortable, and we enjoyed that there were extra blankets. We especially enjoyed the decor, including all the original artisan pottery.

Séjour agréable, la maison avec petit jardin est pratique. Maison propre et bien placée dans Toulouse.Le salon est très spacieux.La place de parking dans le jardin est top mais très difficile d' y garer la voiture. Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (ex : poêles, casseroles). Les WC dans la salle de bain pas trop pratique. La boîte à clés est appréciée. Je recommande cette location.

Très belles maison, spacieuse, bien située (proche métro et centre ville accessible à pieds) et plutôt bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible pour répondre aux questions. Seul bémol : la cour n'était pas bien entretenue (feuilles mortes et table et chaises de jardins à nettoyer).

Séjour chez Geneviève

Logement très bien situé à Toulouse. A 20 min de la place du capitole. Logement agréable avec un petit jardin. Dommage que le seul toilette se trouve dans la salle de bain. Maison décoré avec goût. La place de parking poyr la voiture est un gros plus. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé dans cette belle maison avec jardin idéalement située par rapport au centre de Toulouse (10 minutes à pied) mais aussi des accès routiers.

Nettes kleines Haus mit Garten

Ein schönes kleines Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung und Dekoration. Selbst gemachte Keramiken, die man auch kaufen kann. Großes Wohnzimmer und große Küche. Bad im ersten Stock, ein Zimmer von drei Zimmern ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase - wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist quasi um die Ecke - sehr praktisch. Am Canal kann man gut joggen gehen. Durch den schönen Stadtteil Chalets kann man gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen. In der Nähe das kleine Restaurant Le Saint Honest (empfehlenswert). Danke Genevieve - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schönes älteres Haus mit Charme und kleinem ruhigen Garten. Schwierig mit dem Auto einzuparken. Die Betten sind französisch also für 2 Erwachsene ungeeignet. Das 2. Obergeschoss ist etwas warm. Leider ist die Toilette im 1. Stock mit einer steilen Treppe zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Pech eine Baustelle zu haben , so dass der Bus nicht fuhr. Die Metro ist 650m entfernt. Trotzdem gut gelegen und schattig.

Super séjour. Logement impeccable et conforme à l'annonce. Joli extérieur très appréciable en pleine ville. Proximité du centre (15 min à pied). Supérette à 1 min. Rien de gênant mais à savoir, l'accès a la chambre du deuxième étage se fait en traversant l'une des chambres du premier étage. Geneviève est facile à joindre et facilitante. On recommande !

Une superbe maison très agréable

La maison est située dans un quartier très calme, à 20min à pieds du centre ville et 10min en voiture… La maison est vraiment très agréable, très joliment décorée, avec un joli petit jardin… Arrivée et départ très faciles, Geneviève a été à notre disposition pour la moindre petite question!! Séjour Noël 2020

La maison est bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Le marché est accessible à pieds et il est ouvert tous les jours. Nous avons pu visiter St Sernin illuminée avant le couvre feux. Dommage que le temps ne se prêtait pas à la ballade. La maison est propre et conforme aux photos. Elle est entouré de grandes barres d'immeubles qui ne sont pas dérangeantes quand on est à l'intérieur. Le four a besoin d'être changé comme certains sommiers. Il faut être un as du volant pour rentrer la voiture dans le parking. Il y a une seule place de parking. Je confirme que la maison est agréable.

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet, wunderschönes Gärtchen/ Terrasse. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Allerdings ist die Umgegend sehr hässlich, aber sehr nah am Canal du Midi und ziemlich stadtnah. Sobald man aber das Tor hinter sich geschlossen hat ist es ein sehr ruhiges kleines Paradies Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück, man muss aber etwas geübt sein, um hineinzukommen. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert.
