THE VILLA SANKA

The Villa Sanka of 250 m² + 150 m² of terrace, is ideally located in a private subdivision, in a quiet, dreary setting, on the edge of golf and enjoys a superb view on the golf, the sea and the village of Three Ilets. This villa consists of 7 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 8 travelers.

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with its bar opening onto the swimming pool. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric hob, American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric grill and dishwasher.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a second American refrigerator.

An independent WC is on the ground floor.

You will find in the dining room a large table for 6 people and in the living room a large corner sofa with view on the garden of the villa and on the sea.

On the first terrace there is a large dining table for 8 people where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea.

You will also find at this same level, a first large independent air-conditioned room as well as its own bathroom with WC, giving directly on the second terrace with a garden furniture facing the swimming pool.

Relax in the infinity pool as well as on the sun loungers provided for guests.

Nearby is another dining table for 4 people.

Upstairs, there is a large, air-conditioned parental suite with a golf view: dressing room, TV with CANAL SAT channels and a large private bathroom (with large walk-in shower and toilet).

You will also find two other air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet (with bath) and wardrobe, overlooking an outdoor terrace with sea view. One of them is equipped with a TV with CANAL SAT channels.

THE ROOMS

Villa Sanka can accommodate up to 8 adults in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned rooms. There are also 4 bathrooms with toilets.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm with a large wardrobe, a safe, its private bathroom with toilet and enjoys access to the terrace of the bottom face at the swimming pool.

The second bedroom is the master suite which is on the upper level. It is air conditioned and includes a double bed 160cm, a dressing room, and a balcony with a view of the golf course and the pool. This master suite has a TV with Canal Satellite channels and a large private bathroom (double basin, large walk-in shower and toilet).

The third bedroom is also upstairs. It is air conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm, a wardrobe and has access to the outdoor terrace with sea view. It also has a private bathroom (bath and WC).

The fourth bedroom is also on the first floor. It is air conditioned and includes a double bed of 160cm, a wardrobe, a TV with the channels of CANAL SAT and has access to the outdoor terrace with sea view. It also has a private bathroom (bath and WC).

NEAR

The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the touristic place of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 2 km. From the marina there is a regular maritime connection to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or the South of Martinique are facilitated. An acrobranch course, a horse riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.
