We’re located just one mile from Main Street, Daytona Beach Pier, The Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk shops and restaurants. • Queen bed and fold-out sleeper sofa. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Premium 100% cotton bed and bath linens. Studio kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and countertop oven. • Both pools are open and heated during winter. Our huge oceanfront pool deck sports all new furniture and four charcoal grills. • Gym, Laundry Room, and Restaurant serving cocktails on property. We offer free on-site parking and covered motorcycle parking during events.

Beach Anniversary

What a great little place for a weekend trip to Daytona Beach. Lots of extras to save trips to the store. Close to everything. Beach view off of large balcony was great. Thanks for sharing your place as your guests.

Lovely experience

Owner Very attentive to details, thoughtful unexpected items and treats like cotton percale sheets, rather than the microfiber sheets that seem commonplace being provided at most other short term rentals. Easy access to the beach.

Biketoberfest visit with friends and family

Property is in a great location. Easy access to both beach and mainland. Walkable beach or Atlantic Ave to Main St Pier area. Samantha was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The apartment is great. Comfy bed, amazing view, all the necessities in the kitchen, and super clean! The host is awesome and quick to respond to any question. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

The sunrise!!

Absolutely the best family trip we have had! The room is very clean and smelt so good! It was great to have the kitchenette so we could make our own meals and eat while sitting on the balcony enjoying watching the ocean. It was also so sweet of the landlord to have the little accessories available in case we forgot anything. It was pretty windy the first couple days but that was no issue as it helped keep the heat down. We expected that there would be damage still left over from Hurricane Ian and Nicole so it was no shock when we saw the deck damage and that there were workers out there during the week trying to get it fixed. It was actually pretty entertaining watching them. High tide also helped keep driving on the beach impossible so we didn't have to worry about over crowding on the beach when trying to fish.We also met so many nice people that lived there or were vacationing there. But the best part of the whole trip was that the sunrise was absolutely beautiful every morning and made the start of our day just perfect. We definitely would love to stay here again! ❤️

The ABSOLUTE BEST IN DAYTONA BEACH!

If you're looking for the BEST VIEW Daytona Beach has to offer and juuuust far enough away to not be in the thick of the things, then you need to get with Samantha and rent her Atlantic Overlook room. 2nd floor, and the end so you only have one wall adjoining and that's only 1/2 a wall anyway. This is a condominium complex, and the residents there are fantastic (schmoozing at the pool with the locals). I think I spent at least 4 hours a day on the balcony being mesmerized by the ocean, it was THAT BEAUTIFUL. Samantha thought of everything you could ever imagine to make your stay a memorable one. We brought our folding camping chairs, she already had beach chairs. We brought games, she already had them there. A fully stocked kitchen so if you want to stay and cook (which would be ridiculous since you're on vacation) she has everything you could ever need; full set of dishes for 4, flatware, pots, pans, glasses, coffee mugs, etc. We brought coffee, she already had it. I forgot beach towels. Didn't matter. She had them. Ironing board & iron (not like I needed them, but they were there), thick & thirsty bath towels (actually bath sheets!). What most impressed me was the bed, which my daughter & I shared. I'm not sure what kind of mattress that was, but I am babied at home with a Sleep Number. The bed in this room rivaled mine at home. My son slept on the pull out sofa bed, and he slept like a rock! While we didn't take advantage of the gym, laundry facilities or restaurant, it was nice to know that they were available, should we have wanted them. There are 2 VERY LARGE pools. One heated & one not, plus a toddler splash pool. The beach was 10 steps down and you're in the ocean. Daytona's main pier is a short walk north, there were plenty of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive (IF that). We really enjoyed the Beach Bucket & Jimmy Buffet's LandSharks restaurants, which both had outside beachfront dining and good food. Also took advantage of a dine & cruise on the Lady Dolphin Of Daytona dinner cruise. The dock was a 10 minute drive. (Good prime rib dinner) All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and WE WILL BE RETURNING!!! The Griffin Family of North Port, Florida

Sensational Sunrise

We are SWFL residents and stayed here as a base to visit St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center. We wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the beach. The homey touches in the unit made us comfortable. Everything you need was provided. We will definitely be back

Daytona 3 day stay

We spent some time at the beach and toured the speedway - I am not a race fan but I highly recommend this tour. We visited the lighthouse and took a day trip to St Augustine about an hour away. Samantha’s place was welcoming and clean with lots of nice extra touches like snacks and toiletries available. The view of the sunrise was spectacular and the beach access was right at the bottom of the stairs from the front door and perfectly viewed from the back door. Breakfast at Adam and Eggs was delicious.

After arriving at the property and entering, we decided not to stay

Our recent booking at this property left us with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we encountered some unexpected challenges. The parking lot had a few individuals loitering around, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, navigating to the apartment proved to be quite tricky as it was tucked away and signage was absent.On the positive side, once we found the apartment, it was spotless and well-maintained. The cleanliness was commendable and much appreciated. However, it is worth noting that the building itself is quite old, which might not appeal to everyone. Some residents and guests seemed somewhat questionable. As we were exiting our car, a gentleman walked out of the unit directly in front of the parking space. We could see inside his apartment through the door and open window and, I'm not trying to be unkind, his apartment was disgusting. In summary, while the apartment itself was clean and would have met our basic needs, the overall experience was somewhat marred by the older building and the atmosphere in the surrounding areas. We requested that one night be refunded, to which the owner promptly responded no. We expected the response with full unde

Wonderful property!

Our stay, while short, was fantastic! The space was clean, very nicely decorated and furnished, and there was a beautiful view from the porch! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Perfect Trip for the Rolex 24

Our flight was very delayed but checking in was a breeze. The condo is exactly as shown. The extras like toiletries and snacks were helpful as we spent most of the days at the track. The sunrises were lovely. The neighborhood is safe and has easy access to gas stations and grocery stores. Samantha is a very attentive host checking in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed once we arrived and what to expect when we left.

Had to change units due to issue wit hot water

We ended up in unit 254 instead of 265 due to an issue with the condo hot water system. Unit 254 was not direct ocean front; however, it did have a nice ocean view. We really liked 254. It was a great location and the unit was well appointed and very clean. We would stay in this unit again.

Second stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing place! The view from the balcony and the sunrises are to die for! Samantha is such a great host and leaves extra amenities in case you forget anything. She also is just a phone call away if you have any issues or need anything which is super helpful! The ease of parking and checking in is great as well. The deck to get down to the beach and second pool are not complete just yet from the previous hurricanes a couple years ago but they definitely have made some head way in the last year since the last time we stayed here. You are still able to get down to the beach from the side of the building which wasn't a big deal to us. Everybody we have encountered being there are super friendly as well! When you stay here, you definitely need to try Adams Egg which is just steps away from the room. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you again Samantha for another perfect vacation for my husband and I. We can't wait to come back!!

Clean & Cozy Beachfront Unit!

Loved this studio, beachfront unit! Extremely clean and oh so cute! You can very quickly tell Samantha takes great pride in making her visitors’ welcome & their stay as pleasant as possible. Supplies were abundant, Samantha has thought of everything! From beach chairs to toothpaste! Very responsive! Within 5 min of our arrival, after mentioning a chair on the deck was broken, we had a different chair & were ready to sit and watch the waves roll in. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again in the future!
