Very beautiful marina completely renovated with a contemporary style offering 4 bedrooms all air conditioned 3 upstairs 1 on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms overlook the harbor, one on the side of the marina and the last on the back of the house on the ground floor.
It has 2 bathrooms and a toilet upstairs, on the ground floor there is a toilet with a hand basin.
A large fully open room includes the kitchen, the dining room and the fully air conditioned living room.
And finally its large outdoor terrace which overlooks the quay of the marina.
Access to the platform from the terrace is protected by a net for small children.

1 minute walk from a small shopping center with bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar restaurant, hairdresser, pizzeria, fishing equipment.
3 mins drive from the Camargue port beach.

Haus am Meer

Die Kommunikation und Übergabe war sehr gut, sehr freundlich und sehr unkompliziert, sensationell. Man merkt, dass Sandrine Freude an ihrem job hat. Das Haus wurde einst mit viel Aufwand und Sorgfalt auf eine gute Basis gebracht. Leider sieht man aber der Küche die Gebrauchsspuren an und das Geschirr welches nicht regelmässig verwendet wurde ist schon richtig klebrig vom fett und Staub. Es wird immer wieder etwas ersetzt wie der toaster oder Wasserkocher. Aber einen brauchbaren Besen sucht man vergebens.Das Wohnzimmer oder die Terasse sind zum verweilen, super. Das Wasser ist eher nicht zum baden, da geht man besser zum Strand. Die Lage ist ideal, egal ob mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Die gratis Parkplätze sind perfekt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 50m sind sehr gut. Alles in allem ein cooles grosses Haus dem etwas liebe fehlt und im jetzigen Zustand eher etwas teuer ist (wir waren in der dritten Maiwoche 25 da)

Belle Marina super séjour

Super séjour Marina très spacieuse et très bien placé. C’est la 3ème fois que nous venons à la Toussaint en famille. Le cadre est fantastique. Très bonne accueil de Sandrine, même s’il manquait les serviettes de toilettes. Le problème a été réglé le lendemain. Par contre le verrou du toilette du haut n’est toujours pas réparé. Pas de brosse à toilette et de savon dans le toilettes du bas. Le canapé blanc est vraiment tres endommagé. Et les matelas des 2 chambres côté balcon très inconfortable.

Marina très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille , la Marina est très agréable et spacieuse et très bien située. Excellent accueil de Sandrine. La literie est très confortable sur 3 lits, mais les 2 lits des chambres avec balcon sont trop mous à notre goût. Mais le logement reste parfait nous reviendrons.

Agréable Appartement pouvant loger confortablement 10 personnes

Logement spacieux et moderne, bien aménagé pour accueillir une grande famille, la terrasse sur la marina est très agréable. Tout l’équipement nécessaire à un séjour confortable est là, peut être quelques casseroles seraient à changer. Le parking du petit centre commercial juste en face est très pratique pour se garer, nous n’avons jamais eu aucun souci de place et il y la possibilité de mettre la voiture devant l’entrée pour le chargement/déchargement des bagages. Le petit centre commercial a tout les commerces nécessaires, un plus grand centre est accessible à 15 minutes à pied. Louer ou des vélos ou emmener les siens peut s’avérer une bonne idée notamment pour accéder aux plages qui se situent à 15 min à pied. Il serait agréable de rajouter un rideau pour plus d’intimité à la chambre qui donne sur le petit centre commercial et notamment sur un banc très prisé car à l’ombre. L’appartement est aussi équipé de la Clim ce qui s’est avéré bien utile et a contribué à un très agréable séjour.

Très jolie Marina, logement pour 8/10 personnes maxi bien équipé. Endroit calme, belle terrasse, on s'y sent bien. Le parking de la supérette permet de se garer facilement. Habitation grande et très bien agencée avec une zone cuisine familiale très bien équipée, une belle pièce à vivre et de grandes chambres. Des commerces juste en face, très pratique. A noter : La maison est au bout d'une "branche" de la marina, côté Terre . De ce fait, il y a au moins une bonne vingtaine de minutes de marche pour arriver sur la plage. A prendre en compte avec des enfants jeunes. Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire, très sympathique.

Séjour en famille

Bon séjour en famille avec le soleil, maison bien située à proximité de commerces et de la plage et un accueil très chaleureux . Par contre la maison à besoin de travaux dégâts des eaux dans salle de bain (moisissures), peintures qui cloquent dans certaines chambres, trous dans les 2 WC bouchés avec des sacs plastiques et une chambre qui ne possède pas de volet roulant pour les enfants pas top, l'état du logement n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations

Agréable résidence pour se retrouver en famille

Résidence très bien conçue pour accueillir 10 adultes, ou chacun à son lieu de vie pour dormir, 2 toilettes et 2 salles de bains qui permettent une aisance de vie, tout en se retrouvant dans un grand espace cuisine/salle de séjour ainsi qu’une grande terrasse pour profiter de l’extérieur. Nous avons vécu 3 jours agréables en famille.

Appartement magnifique en fin de Marina. Accès très simple, places de parking devant et également des petits commerces d’alimentation top. L’échange d’informations ainsi que les contacts avec le propriétaire et sa collègue, étaient très rapide et efficace. Vraiment des gens très sympas, disponibles et avenants. On a adoré cet endroit et ce logement, que l’on recommande vivement.

Incroyablement beau!!!

Tout simplement super, cette belle maison avec vue imprenable sur le port, vous amène immédiatement dans une atmosphère particulière, nous avons passé un long week-end avec 8 adultes et 2 enfants et c'était incroyablement cool, beau, convivial, tous les accompagnements. Fortement recommandé si vous voulez rester super au Grau du Roi. La très bonne communication entre le propriétaire et l’hôtesse qui a fait le tour de la maison était également très importante. 1 mot, incroyablement beau !!!
