This Regency 311 condo will make your vacation to Poipu Beach one to remember! This corner unit offers privacy and lush, tropical surroundings. It has consistent trade breezes, but also has a split air conditioning system, with A/C units installed in both bedrooms and in the living room. There are four ceiling fans to keep everyone cool and comfortable.

The condo is one of the larger Poipu condos containing 1263 sq. ft. of interior space, plus two lanais adding 140 more square feet of outdoor relaxation space. One lanai has a charming outdoor dining nook with a chaise lounger. The second private lanai is connected to the master bedroom, and is surrounded by tropical foliage.

The master bedroom has two Sealy Posturepedic queen mattresses. It has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has a California King Westin Sealy Heavenly mattress and upgraded rosewood furniture. Both bedrooms have their own new HDTVs.

It is only a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beach, but free on-site parking is available so you can easily explore the Garden Island by car.

Some beach gear, games, movies, and books are included at the unit for your convenience and enjoyment! Several gas BBQ grills are located on the grounds, and BBQ utensils are provided in the unit.

When you are tired from exploring the gorgeous island, enjoy the three pools in the community, or head to the club to enjoy the great amenities!

Perfect for family time

WOW!!

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and I had the best time! We have been to Kauai many times but my brother and sister are first timers. The condo was spectacular and just as described! Perfect location for a nice walk to the beach! We had more than enough beach gear except for the body boards (all 4 are broken). We will definitely be back in the future! Amazing place!

Location is perfect within walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place close to the beach

Everything was perfect. Location is close to the beach. We never had to drive to the beach and would walk the 5-10 minute walk. House is very well stocked and clean for the most part. Bathtubs could use a deep cleaning but all else is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We had amazing stay in our place at the regency @Poipu Kai. Beautiful place inside and out, close to the beach, and our place had everything we needed between beach towels, coolers, and chairs just to name a few. Would definitely reccomend staying here!

Kaua’i stay

Our week long stay was great. Location of the property was ideal for us. Close to poipu beach and everything the south side of Kauai. I think our only small complaint would be that the guest bathroom needs to be updated and the 2nd bedroom had odd smell to it. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location!

Beautiful area to walk through neighborhood and over to beach. Property was well taken care of and had everything we needed to cook. Extra bonus was high chair and pack n play!

Wonderful Girls Trip

Best stay on Kauai

Great location even for the weather!! Rained everywhere else but mostly sunny on the south shore! Beautiful beachy decor and home equipped with so many amenities . Toys for kids indoor and for the beach too!!

Location to a perfect beach for kids and snorkeling. . Pool is close to condo also has its own parking spot which is nice . 25 min to Safeway and Costco . Some complaints about kids jumping in pool.

Enjoyed Poipu

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were arriving from Kona and had booked an earlier flight to get to Kauai, so when I called the property manager to see if I could check in a little bit earlier on that day, she was able to accommodate, which I greatly appreciated. The only things that I would say I was slightly disappointed about was that there wasn't really any patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy either our coffee/dinner. Overall nice property

Lovely relaxed feeling in this tropical getaway. Great place to kick back after your day in the heat

Beautiful light and the amenities are fine if you're planning an active vacation in Kauai. Kitchen very well appointed - but who cooks in this heat!? Fans everywhere and lots of light in this two bedroom lower level condo with a pool very close by (if you just can't make it down the path to Brennecke's or Poipu Beaches). Good eateries within a short drive. My wife and I enjoyed a walk to Starbucks in the am from the condo, along Brennecke and Poipu beaches and then along the road to the small shopping centre which also has some good inexpensive choices for local dining. A little further up the road another mall with more upscale restaurants. Very enjoyable stay - very glad we stumbled across this listing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: first the good parts: nice layout with big bedrooms and bathrooms. updated spacious kitchen, comfortable living room and nice tv. Good location. Now the not so nice: dishwasher was broken and was not fixed during our stay despite several phone calls to mgmt (who accused us of breaking it.) Patio door would not lock creating a safety issue. Mgmt company was not very helpful with issues. They did have service guy enter the condo without our knowledge to look at dishwasher (but again it didnt work our entire time of stay.) We didnt go on vacation and pay this much money to wash dishes by hand. The unit is starting to show its age.

One of the best condos I've rented

I reserved this condo for 6 adults and one pre-teen a couple months before our trip. We reserved it for a week. It was very close to Poipu Beach where we were holding my parents 50th anniversary event. The owner was very helpful and returned my emails promptly. The condo is a 15 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a 10 minute drive to the stores and restaurants. The condo itself was decorated lovely and had everything we needed. From extra garbage liners, every appliance possible, cleaning accessories to beach accessories. The owner, Patty Oxford, labeled every drawer and what its contents were and labeled on the door the code to the door lock and gave easy instructions to the bike locks and where there location was (even though we couldn't find the time to enjoy the bikes). She indicated everything that the condo had and left specific instructions and directions. There was nothing in the condo where we couldn't find anything or did not know how to use. The only thing we had to buy was a few toiletries and food we would need to cook for a week. Thankfully she had extra towels because we went to the beach several times. The condo was in immaculate condition and was fully furnished, so we did our very best to keep it that way when we left. There were plenty of fans in each room because there are no air conditioners in most places on Kauai. The night breeze flowed freely into the condo when we opened the windows to help cool the rooms down. There were 3 pools in the complex but unfortunately we only used it once because the beach was so close we didn't need to use the pool. The price of the condo per night was a bit steep but it was centrally located to meet our needs. The owner stopped by once to make sure we had no problems getting in and was worried that we couldn't use the code to the key lock box (new label for the key lock box was put on the door), which is another option if the electric code did not work on the door. The one complaint was that we had very loud neighbors across our condo. They kept slamming their doors and were very loud on some nights. But you can't help what happens when you have loud neighbors right?!? However, this is our go to place if we need a bigger place to stay in Kauai. Thank you to the owner, Patty Oxford for taking in our ohana into your home. Mahalo and Aloha.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. We were very thankful that the unit had air conditioning. It was a spacious unit that gave everyone a chance spread out and relax. Our favorite part was that it was so close to the beaches. We really loved our short walks to Poipu Beach especially!
