Nice cottage of 42 m2 air conditioned and heated, located in a closed property on a plot of 4000 m2, secure pool of 10 X 5 with shared beach with the owners and another cottage (4 people max), located 356 D Impasse des grandes 84360 MERINDOL.

an equipped kitchen: including a TOP fridge, an extractor hood, a hob, a microwave, small appliances and crockery for 2 people.
an open living room: including a sofa, a flat screen HD TV, ADSL Internet connection, reversible air conditioning, as well as an electric fireplace.
an independent WC with window
an open bedroom with a double bed of 180, and two bedside tables.
A dressing room.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, a top with 1 sink, blowing towel dryer
with hair dryer.

An outdoor terrace not overlooked, facing south, of 30 m2, including a table and 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs.

A private spa (whirlpool).

The supply of household linen (sheets, bath towels, tea towels). The bed will be made upon arrival.

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Excellent séjour au Gîte de Mérindol, au delà de mes attentes. Emplacement idéal et calme. Gîte de dimension modeste, mais suffisant pour moi qui était seul. Cuisine petite mais bien équipée, lit très confortable. Le spa est un plus, même si je l'ai peu utilisé, le temps ayant été fort venteux (le Mistral omniprésent), donc assez voire trop frais pour moi. La région du Luberon est splendide et mérite la visite. Merci à mon hôte.

Très beau séjour à Merindol

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de Philippe. Situé au sein d'une très belle propriété composée d'un magnifique jardin provençal (oliviers, lauriers, pins....), tout en étant autonome et suffisamment isolé pour respecter l'intimité de chacun. Très belle piscine en commun, terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif, salon de jardin, petite table pour l'apéritif ou un café, possibilité de faire un barbecue (électrique). Le gîte est très bien aménagé, propre, confortable (lit Queen size). Il manque peut-être quelques petits ustensiles pour améliorer la préparation des repas dans la kitchenette. Philippe est très réactif et agréable.

Un petit paradis

Calme, propre, et très joli, bien placé au cœur de cette merveilleuse Région du Lubéron, ce gîte correspondait parfaitement aux photos et à ce que nous souhaitions. Ferien am Fusse des Luberon

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Sehr sauber und die Aussenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Das Whirlpool war sehr idyllisch. Die Küche war eher klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Ich konnte mit meinen Allergien jeden Tag ein feines Menu kochen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Man hat viel Privatsphäre. Er stellte uns eine Liste mit Ausflugszielen zusammen. War eine wunderschöne Zeit hier im Luberon.

Nous avons été séduits par l'accueil de Philippe et sa disponibilité. Et forcément, difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme en regardant les étoiles depuis le jacuzzi. Proche de tous les villages magnifiques du Lubéron sans en subir les désagréments en terme de foule. La qualité est au rendez-vous, aussi bien au niveau du lit que du linge de maison par exemple.

Beautiful Holiday

Es war eine tolle Woche, in einer tollen Wohnung mit einen sehr guten Vermieter. Wer entspannen will, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Das Dorf kann man super zu Fuß erreichen. Jederzeit wieder. Es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Philippe war rundum perfekt. Philippe war ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der mit guten Tipps behilflich war. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Erkundung des Luberon

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal, um den Luberon und die östliche Provence zu erkunden. Alle wichtigen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Zur Terrasse gehört ein Whirlpool zur exklusiven Benutzung. Außerdem gehört ein großer Pool zur Anlage, der mit einer weiteren Wohnung zusammen genutzt werden kann. Das großzügige Grundstück ist schön angelegt, mit elektrischem Tor, einer langen Einfahrt und Parkplätzen neben den beiden Wohnungen. Das ist bequem und die Autos sind sicher. Der Vermieter Philippe ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm unaufgeregt. Die Vermittlung und Bezahlung über FeWo-Direkt war einfach und problemlos. Bei einem erneuten Besuch in der Gegend werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dort wohnen.

Excellente semaine dans le Lubéron

Location idéalement localisée pour découvrir la région. Il ne manque rien et on se sent nt comme à la maison avec la piscine en plus qui est très agréable. Toujours aussi bien

Nous avions découvert cette location l'an dernier pour 8 jours, ainsi que la région. Nous avions vraiment apprécié les 2, c'est pourquoi nous avons renouvelé cette expérience pour 15 jours. Rien à redire sur la qualité de la location, propreté, calme, attention des propriétaires. Nous en avons profité pour découvrir un peu mieux la région et n'avons pas été déçu.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Komfort in der Provance

Netter Gastgeber, Ferienwohnung auf großem schön angelegtem Grundstück, Funktionell gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage was bei dem Klima im Juli unbedingt erforderlich ist. Neben dem großen super sauberen Schwimmbad war auch ein privates Wirlpool im Freien vorhanden. Küche etwas klein und eng aber funktionell ausreichend ausgestattet. Großes Bett sehr bequem. Im Ort Merindol gibt es nur kleine Läden - Einkauf mit Auto im Nachbarort 3Km entfernt mit großem Supermarkt besser. Sehr gutes Gemüse und Obst bekommt man in offenen Ständen an der Straße in ca 1 Km Entfernung. Der Urlaub war trotz der sehr hohen Temperaturen mit 33 - 38 Grad Höchsttemperaturen dank der Klimaanlage und des Schwimmbads sehr erholsam. Man gewöhnt sich nach einigen Tagen auch an das ständige zirben der Zikaden in der Umgebung. Gerne verbringen wir wieder so einen schönen Urlaub in der Provance.
