Ideal place of residence for families, groups, accommodating 6 people,
 with the possibility of 8 people with a supplement as it is the guest room just above ask if it is free as well as the price by email before any reservation however (closed July and August).
Accessible to People with Reduced Mobility by the elevator. Access to the residence by an automated portal.

The attraction of the site: the proximity of the city center to all its shops, beaches, port, make it an ideal location in summer to enjoy the seaside resort without the constraints of road traffic and parking difficulties.

Security deposit or deposit to be paid on arrival: 2000 € .
- The cleaning fee: € 160 to be paid on arrival
 + Tourist tax, free for minors.

- Shared facilities and spaces:
                               
                  -opening of the pool and spa for all from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
-The indoor swimming pool (9 X 4 M) heated to 28 ° and covered with a submerged floor with adjustable height from 0.4 M (paddling pool) to 1.50 M, swimming against the current,
it is advisable to bring your computer for the video projector (music on you tube or watch a film.
- Jacuzzi 5 places only from 16 years old.

Repos et bien etre

Appartement tout confort dans un lieu paisible . Tout est bien pensé et fonctionnel. La piscine et le jaccuzi sont un véritable plus. Chacun profite des espaces communs ou privatifs en toute courtoisie. L emplacement du lieu est parfait entre le centre ville et le port. Nous pouvons aller à la plage à pieds. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Et nous avons eu du soleil tout le séjour...

Séjour parfait !

Merci tout d’abord aux propriétaires Laurence et Yann de nous avoir si bien accueillis. Leur gentillesse naturelle et leur disponibilité sont les premiers atouts de cette location. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que tout avait été pensé pour le bien-être des vacanciers. Mes enfants et moi avons loué le grand duplex pour 10 jours. L’emplacement est idéal à deux pas du centre ville. De la résidence, nous avons pû facilement nous rendre à pied au port et à la plage de Trestraou pour déjeuner / dîner. L’appartement est aménagé de façon très moderne et l’équipement est plus que complet (parking privé, piscine intérieure, salle de cinéma / baby-foot pour l’appartement, ascenseur). Définitivement la plus belle location de standing que nous ayons loué sur la côte de Granit Rose. Nous y reviendrons pour nos prochaines vacances.
