A short 3-5 minute walk to both the beach and bay, this home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an outdoor shower for easy post-beach use, brand new washer and dryer, Weber gas grill, and a full suite of appliances including oven, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, featuring a West Elm lounge and dining set that seats 10 comfortably. Enjoying a cocktail by the fire pit under string lights is the perfect end to a beautiful beach day.

8 seasonal beach badges and chairs are included with this special rental.

The property is located on South 2nd Street in Surf City. It's wonderful to arrive at the property within minutes of entering the island, avoiding what can be heavy summertime traffic traveling to either end of the island. The property is located a few blocks from the bridge used to enter the island, and is an equal distance to both the bay and the beach. It is also within walking distance to a variety of amenities including: The Local, Flamingo Golf, Ron Jons Surf Shop, CVS, How Ya Brewin' Coffee and an Arcade - as well as a short 5-minute drive to the Anchor Food Market. Because it's close to the bridge, you also have fast access to the mainland if needed - which offers retail stores such as Target, TJ Maxx, Shop Rite, Home Depot, and more within 15 minutes.

Cutest cape in Surf City

We enjoyed our vaycay in this cute, comfortable cape in Surf City. Nice location, easy walking to beach, coffee, dinner, etc. Owners were easy to do business with. We look forward to our next stay.
