Very clean, quiet. Well ventilated. Access is through steep stairs, as usual in Montreal.

Clean old apartment well located in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve...near the subway and restaurants. The service is courteous with fast response.I was really disappointed with the balconies for my two weeks stay. The one near the kitchen had only chairs with no small table to eat. I don't recommend this apartment long term.
