Great apartment close to the beach

Lovely air conditioned apartment near to the beach and great restaurants. We found it hard to get taxis from here but great for lazy beach days and Moni Island

Ho Andreas' house is really welcoming and comfortable: tastefully furnished, bright, spacious, equipped with air conditioning and outdoor spaces. Andreas, during our stay, kindly satisfied our request, moreover quickly!

Lovely place to stay

We spent a week in Perdika and Andreas lovely, clean and fresh apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully decoraded, with nice terasses. Close to Perdika harbour with great restaurants and the boat to lovely island Moni. Thank’s Andreas for info, recommendations, ... We Will come back! ❤️🐙🍾🤗

What a nice vacation

What a nice vacation! We stayed there 11 days. The appartment looks just like in the photos. It has everything you need to feel at home. It's decorated tastefully to the details. The white linen and towels make you feel like a precious guest. The kitchen has everything you need, from the glasses to the pans, coffee maker and filters, toasters, water boiler, microwave, and table cloth. The bathroom is very nice and we loved the big shower space and the small shampoo and shower gel containers as a welcoming gift. There is a hairdryer as well. Andreas has thought even about the mosquito repellant, and the "afterbite" cream, even the nail polish remover. We enjoyed very much the terrace where we passed most of our time when home. The house had a very good location. At 12 minutes walk from the harbor and Perdika Beach, and the restaurants with a delicious Greek menu. At 3 minutes walk there are 2 supermarkets, one bakery with fresh made bread, Greek bakery delicacies, delicious feta cheese and spinakopitas. You can take the boat for only 5 euros round trip to Moni island where you can enjoy a day at the beach, the best beach in the area. You can rent a car in Aegina and enjoy traveling to other beaches, Marathon, Souvala, Klima, Agia Marina. Maria and Matina were a great help and made it easy our check in and check out. Thank you Andreas for making our vacation one of the best.
