3 bedroom, 1 bath, well-appointed duplex located in Richland, WA. This home has all of the amenities you will need for comfort and fun. Each bedroom has a queen size bed for those that like the extra room. The living room is one of the highlights, with a 55" smart flat screen TV, Xbox one, and loads of movies to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, sugar, and spices. We have also included a ping pong table for whoever is up for some fun. Great place to stay for the weekend

Close to good restaurants. Plenty of space and clean comfy beds. The ping pong table was a huge hit!

Great A/C

Stayed here for a few nights with the family. Overall it's fine. It's clearly an older property, small bedrooms, and one very cramped and awkwardly laid out bathroom. Kitchen supplies and tools are not well organized, just stored in random places. Bedroom door upstairs is broken. Neighborhood feels a bit sketchy but we had no issues. No driveway, only street parking.

Softball Weekend

Overall the house was great. Very comfortable. Only drawback was all three bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. Also fridge and freezer hard to get into as it was tucked in a corner and somewhat blocked by a counter.

Nice home away from home

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay! Clean, safe, cozy. My 2 teens and I enjoyed it and wished we could stay longer! We were in town for the annual Leadership Training for Christ Convention.
