Adjacent to the Marina di Fiori, the villa built in 2011 is located 500 m from the sea, in a green and relaxing setting.
High quality services: air conditioning in all living rooms; tiled terrace of 90 sqm around the pool (7,35m x 3. 50m heated, secured and illuminated at night) with sun loungers, outdoor solar shower and barbecue.
The villa is south facing, all rooms have stunning views of the pool, waterfall and underground. The scenery is total in any place where one is in the villa.
Regarding the bedrooms, 2 are located on the ground floor with a respective surface of 16 m² (double bed 140 x 190 and large closet) and 11 m² (2 90 x 190 large beds with wardrobe), the 2 other on the floor of a respective area of 5m² 10. Séjour de presque 3 semaines. La maison est très agréable, tout y est, Clim, piscine, décoration intérieure réalisée avec goût, l'emplacement parfait pour profiter de la mer, des plages paradisiaques, des randonnées, des sites incontournables du Sud. Tania a été très accueillante et soucieuse de faire plaisir. Les petits déjeuners en terrasse sous la pergola sont apaisants. Une maison qui vaut le détour

Séjour très agréable en famille

Nous avons passé un super sejour en famille dans la maison. L'espace exterieur est très sympa avec une grande terrasse, la piscine est très bien. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, la cuisine est bien equipée. Le proprietaire était disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines dans cette villa au confort impeccable. Excellent accueil à notre arrivée. Propriétaires très disponibles avant et pendant la location : conseils avisés, recherche de location de bateau, s’occupe de la location de draps avec un prestataire extérieur, bouteille de rosé et terrine Corse à notre arrivée. Bref, un séjour en famille et avec des amis très agréable. Villa au calme, sans vis-à-vis côté piscine, ce qui est rare.

Belle villa très bien équipée

Villa parfaite pour 8 personnes à 8 minutes de voiture du centre ville de Porto Vechio. Très confortable, bien entretenu et très bien équipé, cette villa se trouve à 5 min à pied d'une plage sans grand intérêt. Elle est près de la route sans être gênée par des nuisances sonores. Pour les belles plages, quelques minutes en voiture sont nécessaires, pour les randonnées faut compter un peu plus. Commerces à proximité mais pas faisable à pied. La maison dispose d'un grand parking et d'un petit jardin magnifique équipé d'une piscine. Le linge de maison est à louer en plus. Je recommande cette location.

Wonderful Villa

Nicely tucked away in a quiet area but very close to two very good restaurants, a small supermarket, a produce market and a rotisserie. There is a small sandy beach 500m away but several larger good family friendly beaches within 15 mins drive with lovely sandy beaches and clear water. The villa itself has been very nicely decorated to a high standard and is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and AC in every bedroom. The outside area is very private and sheltered with plenty of shade if needed courtesy of a motorised awning. The owner has taken a lot of care over the villa. There is a very large notebook that accompanies your booking with lots of instructions but don't be put off!
