If you're planning a stylish group getaway or family reunion, Bowen Luxury House offers the perfect mix of comfort, location, and elegance in the heart of Moab. This beautifully designed home sits right downtown, adjacent to our flagship Bowen Motel, with restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away.

Enjoy coffee and pastries from a local café on the upper deck or in the spacious backyard. Inside, you’ll find sophisticated decor throughout—from hardwood floors and custom engravings to a gold-framed fireplace mirror and a glowing chandelier. The open great room is perfect for relaxing with a book or sharing photos via fast Wi-Fi.

Cooking for a crowd? The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a gas range, full-size appliances, and a mosaic backsplash. There's also a wet bar for extra prep space and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Gather around the main dining table or head upstairs to enjoy meals on the deck.

The home sleeps 10–12 guests comfortably across five unique bedrooms. The upstairs La Sal Suite includes a king bed, private sitting room, and futon. Four additional bedrooms each have queen beds and individual character—like the antique touches in the Castleton Room or the sunset views in the Moab Room. Every room has its own flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Convenient off-street parking is available behind the house. When you're ready to explore, Arches National Park is just 5 miles away, and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point are within a scenic 30-mile drive.

Just a fantastic property all around, I really loved how each room was its own suite. We were in town for Labor Day weekend, this place is in a great location, tons of parking and had everything we could ask for. Can’t wait to book this again next year.

Family Vacation

It was a great setup for all the different generations of our group. Also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom!! It was amazing how quiet it was even on the busy road. Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants.

Perfect home with excellent parking!

Loved the home. Perfect for large groups and each room had its own bathroom! Parking was perfect, we had 3 trailers and 4 trucks and still had plenty of room to maneuver and have all the buggy's unloaded and parked. Great location only a 1/2 block off main but very quiet and safe. Definitely will book again.

We loved everything about this property! We heard no road noise whatsoever and we had everything we could possibly need. They are very generous with everything. And it is so centrally located. Hated to leave those beds!

Our group enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room, convenient, well supplied. Suggest more seating in living room area. Temp & pressure adjustments should be checked in showers...a few were hard to adjust.

Destination Wedding Family HQ

Perfect HQ for Modern Elopement Destination Wedding at Dead Horse Point! 5 great suite bedrooms, each with full bath, including a master king suite. Full kitchen and dining area with bar amenity with morning coffee balcony too! It could not have been better for our group nor a better base for our wedding event. Yay Moab! Yay Bowen House! Great location and very spacious

The location can not be beat! The house is spacious with all the amenities you will need. Each bedroom has a large bed and it's own bathroom. My only complaint is the road noise and the house shakes when large trucks go by. The owner does provide ear plugs. Lots of space for parking. Great for multiple families.

Perfect location with easy access to the area National and State parks. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. The house allowed each couple to have their own bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The spiral staircase to upstairs was a bit difficult for older adults especially carrying luggage. House was clean with plenty of supplies.

Great house for a group…so nice to have a bathroom in every room. The bedrooms are very comfy and roomy. The second floor porch is lovely to sit on and visit as there are several chairs. We got a lot of use out of the large parking lot in the back as we had two large vans and a truck. Also there is walking to restaurants and shops. We would def recommend this house.

Beautiful home

The large home is full of character. The furniture is gorgeous and the place had so many amenities. All the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The owner Tyler was very responsive and communicative. The location was perfect being right downtown. Also easy and short drive to Arches and Canyonlands which was our main destination. We had access to the pool right across the street. The yard and outdoor space at the house were wonderful. For 3 nights The 6 of us could just chill in the balcony or porch or side yard. I highly recommend anyone who appreciates an older -but very well maintained- vacation get away to stay here!
