Repos et plaisir des yeux

Un très bel emplacement face à la mer qui permet de se reposer (le train et la route derrière la maison ne dérangent en rien). Nous y sommes allés en hiver et nous avons pu nous ressourcer. C'est un coin idéal pour les cyclistes. On est également bien localisés pour les visites telles que Nice, Canne, Menton etc. Le propriétaire est très disponible ce qui est très très bien.

Ein perfekt eingerichtetes provencalisches Haus an atemberaubender Lage, mit direktem Zugang zu einem kleinen Kieselstrand in einer traumhaften Calanque. Das Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren renoviert, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Diverse Sportgeräte: Kajak, SUP, Schnorchelausrüstung etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Superbe vue

Belle propriété, rien ne manque. Accès direct à la petite crique (prévoir chaussure) par une porte. Le plus de cette location, canoé, paddle, masques et vélos sont à disposition. La vue et l'endroit sont magnifiques, bel accueil du propriétaire.

Parfait pour la détente

Vue contemplative exceptionnelle, invitation au lâcher prise, la Flémardière porte bien son nom, mais pas que. Pour ceux qui cherchent le repos, le cadre est donc idéal avec la plage (de gravier) quasi privative les matins et soirs, le calme (route et train ne sont pas une nuisance), et la maison rafraîchie par la brise de mer. Mais la propriété est aussi la base de nombreuses activités nautiques. D'abord découvrir les fonds de la crique (matériel PMT sur place) et au delà, pagayer sur le canoe ou le paddle fournis pour parcourir la côte. C'est aussi un point de départ privilégié pour découvrir, le massif de l'Esterel à quelques minutes ou les fonds sous-marins (nb : bel accueil au club Agathonis/Agay). Chacun trouvera en ce lieu ce qu'il attend de son séjour et repartira avec de beaux souvenirs. Valère et Natalie PS: suggestion : la mise à disposition de vélos seraient un plus.
