Suite was as advertised and very clean. Great location and easy access to shopping, groceries, etc Check in was a little challenging as we received the building number but had to message/call host for the suite number. She had arranged for someone to meet us with the keys but this happened well after check-in time.

It was a very nice and very clean apartment. It had everything you need. I’m handicapped and there wasn’t a grab bar in the bathtub, so that was difficult for me.

The location and price was excellent. The owner was easy to talk to.I enjoyed the walking trails in the Lakewood area.I left the owner a list of several items that needs the owners attention. The condo could do with a thorough cleaning.

This was a great place to stay—very quiet and peaceful, located right next to a golf course and just two blocks from a shopping center. The room was clean, and the kitchen had recently been renovated. Access to the unit is via traditional keys rather than a digital door pass, which was clearly explained. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in. Highly recommended!

Like this condo

We have used this property several times. Like the building, amenities, suite and location. Have had a bit of problems with the beds. Hope they get repaired. Would like to stay here again.

Just Ok

First and foremost getting check in information is horrible!! We’ve stayed at a few VRBO’s this one never gave any check in or check out info. I literally had to call the day of check in to get our info. After trying to message a few times. Then had to contact again as to where to leave the key! Normally you receive this info 24-48 hours ahead. The suite is ground floor and should state that in the listing as you are facing a fence and the backside of a building. Pros: the beds are very comfortable, the shower is great, lots of dishes and utensils. Cons: the most uncomfortable couch, view less than desirable, very loud-tenants above are pounding around all night. This rental may work for a few nights but not long term!!!

Perfect!

We were looking for a getaway during Covid19. This was perfect! We could make our meals, and the place was clean and sanitized before we came. It was a great location.

SERIOUS ISSUES WITH PROPERTY MANAGER - do not rent this place if you are looking for a stress free getaway. We were accused by the property manager of being her “worst nightmare”. We rented this place for the weekend of my dad‘s funeral. On the afternoon that we were supposed to check in we still have not heard from the property manager regarding the arrangements for keys, etc. I spent approximately two hours trying to track her down to get this information. We had an uneventful stay although we found the suite to be quite uncomfortable, The sectional in the living room is almost impossible to sit on and the beds are extremely soft. Also, the location is not great, the suite is directly beside some low income housing and very noisy. Our view from the patio was somebodies dirty laundry draped over the fence all weekend. Upon checking out, we received a notice from the property manager that we had moved furniture around and spilled drinks on the carpet, which is completely untrue. She threatened to withhold our damage deposit. We spent a considerable amount of time making sure that we left the suite in excellent condition, probably better than when we arrived. We do not appreciate being treated and threatened by a property manager in this manner and will never stay here again.

Great location in a clean neighborhood

This is a beautiful condo with open concept design. The only amenities missing were a broom, plunger and patio furniture. The club house is a nice feature with good hours. I was not a fan of the lockbox because it was hard to get into on arrival and tricky to close on departure. All in all, I would stay here again.
