Spacious apartment with stunning views - close to the slopes!

Apartment of around 80m² (7 people) located in the center of the village and 500m from the slopes via a pleasant path along the river. Access to the slopes is also possible via the shuttle (free) which stops in front of the building.

Located on the 3rd and last floor, it benefits from a breathtaking view on the slopes without any opposite.

Very large balcony running all around on three sides of the apartment. Very warm and spacious living room, large entrance hall, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 beds + 3 beds) + 2 beds / sofas in the living room, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate WC, private cellar, parking space car park.

The occupants are required to leave the apartment in a good state of cleanliness for the enjoyment of all.

Spectacular

The appartment is very big with a magnificent vue!: very well situated with shops at the bottom of the flat. The person who welcome us was very nice and friendly.

Big and cozy flat close to ski lift

We, a group of 5, stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every day/night. The flat was very big and gave all of us enough room during our stay. The kitchen was nice and even had a raclette grill and fondue pot. Bathroom and toiletry are separate, which helps in the morning. The view to the mountains was great and the ski lift was a 5-10 min walk. Groceries can be bought close by. Also, the host Thomas was a big help and always available via phone for any kind of request / questions.

Not anywhere near the best!!!

We booked this apartment for 1 week of skiing and one of the main reasons for choosing this one was its advertised as ski in/ski out….it is not!!! You need to catch a bus to the nearest chairlift!!! Another reason for this not being suitable for a ski holiday is that the supposed ski room is just a damp room in the basement so your boots remain wet!!! Location wise the apartment is pretty central with short walks to the shops and restaurants. The decor and furniture is very basic though the kitchen looks it has had a bit of money spent on it. The beds looked to be new but the bed linen was stained!!! After reporting this all to both the owner and VRBO the response from both parties was ‘nothing we can do!’ Which was very disappointing!!! WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN!!!

Dear Gary, I regret that you clearly did not enjoy your stay in our family apartment. It is indeed not ski in/out, this seems to be an effect of the automatic translation to English and is not in the original ad in French, but to be fair the location relative to the ski area is clearly visible on the photos and the plan. Globally there seems to have been a mismatch between your expectations and your experience, which is something that I would normally sympathise with, but it is no excuse for the frankly disgraceful state you left the apartment in: heating left on full, bedding all over the place, trash abandoned on the kitchen floor and a fridge full of your leftovers. In the future I suggest you stick to hotels, who are better equipped to deal with behaviours such as yours.

Appartement spacieux

L'appartement est très spacieux et lumineux. Il dispose d'une jolie vue des deux côtés Nord et Est. Il est grand et confortable. La cuisine est bine équipée. En hiver, il est bien placé pour les navettes et l'accès au commerce. Par contre en été, la route qui dessert Praz sur Arly est très fréquentée et bruyante. Nous avons eu un superbe accueil et nous avons été satisfaits de nos vacances.

Très grand appartement, idéalement situé dans le centre du village de Praz-sur-Arly, à 10min des pistes (ou 1min de l'arrêt du ski bus). Il est très bien équipé pour passer un bon moment. La vue sur le domaine est le plus ! Attention on entend un peu la route la nuit donc si vous êtes sensibles pensez à amener une paire de bouchons et le tour est joué !
