Nice apartement with cozy terrace

Nice and cozy apartment with good location in La Spezia. Close to food-market, and shops. Walking distance to trainstation and the harbour. The only tricky thing can be to find parking if you arrive with car. The apartement was well equiped and nicely decorated. It has a very nice terrace on the rooftop with great view over the mountains. Its on the top-floor but there is an elevator in the building. The bed in the upper bedroom is a bit worn down and could be updated. And if you are tall, you need to mind your head for the beam in the staricase, but overall, we had a great stay in the apartment!

bonne situation en Ligurie

Ce logement est très bien situé à la Spezia, proche du port, du centre historique et de la gare. C'est idéal pour visiter les Cinque terre en train ou en bateau, ou encore pour faire un crochet en Toscane (Pise est à 1 heure de train). L'appartement est un duplex au 4-ème étage d'un logement classique avec ascenseur. La terrasse située à l'étage n'est pas aussi fonctionnelle qu'on pourrait l'imaginer. On y accède par la fenêtre de la chambre et elle n'est pas de mon point de vue adaptée à la prise d'un repas par exemple. Mais on peut éventuellement s'y rendre le soir pour y prendre l'apéritif. La cuisine est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire nous a autorisé à stocker nos 4 vélos au Rez de chaussèe dans l'entrée de l'appartement ce qui fut bien pratique pour visiter les proches environs. La région est très jolie et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ville, au finale pleine de charme.
