This apartment on rue Louis Blanc is on the third floor with lift as far as the second.
It has a comfortable terrace facing south and overlooking the city and the sea. The Palais is five short minutes away!
The living room is bright and spacious, with two sofas and a dining area.
It opens onto the terrace whose arches give an impression of cloisters. From the terrace you have a delightful view over part of the old city with more than a glimpse of the bay in the background.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed. They are very prettily decorated with a charming light touch.
The first bathroom is en-suite and is equipped with a shower.
The second bathroom is independent and has a tub with shower over.
The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar.
There is an independent toilet.
A charming apartment, very well located in the heart of Cannes. The view from the terrace cannot fail to please you.
