it is a charming studio in a former Belle Epoque palace of the French Riviera. it is quietly located on the first hills of the city of menton, all 10 minutes walk from shops, downtown and the residence is closed and there is a guard the day. the studio is on the 3rd floor facing west and offers a view of the hills. it is fully equipped and linen is provided. you will find a wifi access in the lobby of the building.

Communication on entry with caretaker was very professional. Caretaker was clear with entry instructions and all queries answered. We found the accommodation clean and a/c was provided for warm weather. Altogether accommodation was suitable for our requirements and close to transport.

Beautiful apartment with mountain views

Well equipped - good aspect ..wonderful building on a hillside.A drive from Menton centre .Bedroom and bed quite small but large sofa bed in the lounge

I really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a modern, well equipped, comfortable 3rd floor studio apartment, set in a spectacular historic building that takes you back to a different era. A peaceful setting with beautiful mountain views. Had initial concerns about timing and access into the building/apartment, however it was OK as we arrived during concierge hours (worth checking otherwise would have to make other arrangements). Christophe, the concierge was very helpful, showed us to the room (the Riviera Palace is a big place!) and how everything worked.

We defiently come again next year

Accessible with Wheelchair and elevator 👍 Good walking distance to beach and town center. Very quite house, didn't hear any noises from neighbours. Lovely flat with everything you need in a big charming grand house. Kitchen has everything for cooking (pot, pan, toaster, plates...) Bed is a bit small, probably 130/140cm but that's okay. Sadly bad parking situation, but when not too late in the evening you can catch a parking space. Moste of time we explored by foot or took the train to visit other citys, which was much more easy, cheaper and effortless than taking the car. We enjoyed our stay and love to come again. We fell in love with Menton and Riviera Palace ❤️

Super logement très spacieux, tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin étaient présents. Le bâtiment est magnifique et très bien entretenu.Emplacement calme et belle vue sur les hauteurs de Menton. Le gardien est également très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et recommandons vivement cette location.

Mooi appartement

Inchecken ging erg soepel en het appartement verraste ons, zo apart. Helaas, voor ons, te ver van de bewoonde wereld. Moesten ver lopen naar strand en centrum en deden dit met de auto. Geen balkon was n tegenvaller , al met al geen plaats voor ons

Leuk appartement in een bijzonder gebouw. Centrum is op loopafstand, net zoals het treinstation en busstation. Omdat het appartement best hoog lag, was het wel iedere keer een flinke klim omhoog. Christophe is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons goed ontvangen.

Extraordinaire endroit !

Ce palace Riviera est un lieu où l'on se sent un peu hors du temps. Tout n'est que beauté et les jardins, bien entretenus, sont splendides. C'est un hâvre de paix où l'on arrive après une petite marche (prévoir environ 20 minutes si vous souhaitez vous rendre en centre ville). Dans le studio tout est à disponibilité et mention à Christophe qui est très aimable et disponible. C'est vraiment une belle expérience que de séjourner dans ce genre d'endroit, je recommande vivement.

Es war alles gut. Nur die Schlüsselübergabe war katastrophal. Es war niemand vor Ort, obwohl die Ankunft 16:15 Uhr war. In die Wohnung konnten wir mit viel Eigeninitiative erst um 19:30 Uhr. Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr bescheiden.

Magnifique séjour

L'annonce correspond au logement. Très bien situé. A proximité des magasins, de la gare routière pour les voyages en bus et de la SNCF. Le centre ville est là tout proche et la plage est au bout. Très bonnes vacances assurées.

Logés dans un monument historique très agréable. Appartement accueillant, confortable et suffisamment grand pour deux personnes. Accès centre ville et plages à 20min à pied , toutefois prévoir quelques montées ! Très belle ville

Tout confort, y compris la literie ce qui est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Le gardien de l'immeuble est à disposition pour satisfaire à toutes les demandes. Seul quelques bruits (de travaux et autres) intérieur à des logements se sont parfois manifestés, mais la date du séjour peut aussi expliquer cela il faut bien qu'ils soient réalisés à un moment où l'autre. La possibilité d'horaire d'arrivée flexible s'est avérée utile, manifestation des agriculteurs oblige, grand merci au gardien qui est revenu en dehors de son temps de travail pour nous remettre les clés et explications nécessaires.

Premier séjour à Menton

Le logement a tout le nécéssaire pour un bon séjour sur la côte d'azur. L'emplacement est idéal, il est notamment très simple et agréable de rejoindre le centre de Menton en passant par le jardin du palace. Le concierge de l'immeuble est à l'écoute du moindre problème, de quoi être rassuré. Excellent séjour :)

Séjour au Palace Riviera

15 jours formidables. Location géniale et Menton et ses environs ressourçants. Température de la mer au top. Ville très fleurie, plage et mer super propre. Le Palace est magnifique, il a gardé son charme d’antan et le parc regorge de couleurs, de variétés de plantes. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour.
