Cast Lake and the Horseshoe Ridge Trailhead is only a little over three miles north, and the area has several other hiking trails to choose from as well. Just four miles south is Mt. Hood Village where you will have access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. Pack your golf clubs, because Three Nines Golf Course is just fives miles drive from the home. Skiers only need to travel about 20 miles east to hit Timberline Lodge and Ski Area, the closest of the three ski resorts in the surrounding area. And if you find yourself craving more urban activities, you can make the 47 mile trek into downtown Portland.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Do not waste your time and money. The property was not ready when it was supposed to be, and we were delayed in our check-in. Property Management did nothing to compensate us for this. The house was not very clean, and was not well stocked. It was not comfortable, and it was in poor condition. All attempts to resolve any of these issues were not met with any type of appropriate or professional response. After check out, the management contacted us with false claims of damages, which we were easily able to prove as fabricated.

Amazing!!!!

Everything about this house was amazing which made our trip amazing!!! The hot tub didn’t get as warm as we liked or hoped but we were able to enjoy it the 1st night!!! The kitchen was everything and more!! Very open and fully stock! The rooms were the perfect size! The tub and sink upstairs did get a little backed up but nothing to stress about! Overall we all enjoyed this house! We would definitely stay again!

We wished everything was as described

We picked this specific property for its hot tub (which was well advertised in the listing) Upon check in, we received a text message stating that the hot tub is out of order. in our reply, we asked the paid $30 fee for hot tub to be refunded. the only response we received in our 48 hours stay was that they are checking with their local team. no follow up, no refund what so ever. On top of that, the interior could have better cleaning condition since we noticed multiple spiderwebs throughout the house. Over all, it was a B+ experience with well equipped kitchen, sufficient towels and toiletries, and plenty of room for up to 6 people.
