The apartment is situated in the friendly residence of La Ploche which contains just 6 apartments. It is a fabulous location in the centre of Morzine, only 200m to shops and restaurants, in a quiet residential area. Only 5 minutes walk to Pleney or Super-Morzine lifts.
The apartment is very comfortable and composed of:
- a living area with open kitchen and a wood burner
- bedroom with a double bed
- bedroom with 2 single beds

The open plan living area is south facing and has plenty of light, and a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. It opens up onto the covered terrace and the private garden.
