Only two blocks from downtown and City Beach. Enjoy newly remodeled three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a finished basement which includes space for everyone! Fire up the grill and just lounge outside after playing at the beach or walk two blocks to enjoy several downtown restaurants and amenities.
Beds accommodate up to seven people and there is a queen size air mattress in the basement with egress windows. Pack n play available upon request.

Wonderful little home

We had a girls weekend that was topped off with a 60th Bday party with family and grandchildren. Even though the back patio was small, it was a wonderful place to hang out and we all had a great time in the 70-80 temps. Had our Bday guest been more mobile I'm sure the close walk to the beach and surrounding area would have been fantastic. It was a lovely little home with room for all, especially with the large finished basement. I would stay again.

Girls weekend

Good space for the 5 of us ladies. Good location to walk to city park. Had everything we needed. We went in March so a little chilly but still had fun

Clean and comfortable!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Felt just like home. We were pleasantly surprised the location to the park and downtown area was within walking distance as well as the local grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year!

Our names are Lon and Deb Gretillat and we both grew up in North Iowa. We have worked and lived in Clear Lake for the past 20 years and really love all Clear Lake has to offer. We have five grown daughters, three sons-in-law and thoroughly enjoy our four young grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking for a vacation rental for several years and finally found what we think is a gem based on its location and features of the house. It's only two blocks from City Beach and Downtown so anyone visiting can enjoy the beach, many events and amenities Clear Lake has to offer. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
